Lads thanks for the replies well I guess I'm happy this has made my day. I only filled out ds260 yesterday, will this have an effect?

Honestly was so happy to see this had surgery today and was reasonably nervous about it... But this news made me too excited to be nervous!!

Thanks all so looks like the nvc have pulled the finger out :)

hi everyone

I have question about my AOS I am filling I -864 form on that part5 number 6 its says (if you sponsor anyother person on I 864 or I 864ez who are now lawful permanent resident enter number here) so I just like few months ago sponsored someone and he got visa and everything but he is not here in USA yet so he dosent have permanent resident card yet so should put him as household size? because on visa stamp he got has may be permanent resident number but he is not enter into USA yet.

one more question I paid my AOS Fee and its paid now but Iv is not showing up to paid its $0.00 due should I send my document to nvc?

1 which cover sheet should I put in fornt of all document ?

2 do they required photograph?

3.do they need orginial or copy document?

4.without iv fee and visa application should I send the document?

Thanks bunch .

im pretty sure you will count them if you did a 864 for them yes.

Paid mine yesterday is the same way you can send everything now when you paid the fee you should have printed out a document cover sheet attach that to both packages it is the same for each one one for each package so print it out twice . Everyone recommends sending it now because it shaves off some waiting time and you will be able to pay the other fee and such before they start reviewing your documents . You need two passport photographs for the immigrant and they can be copies you will bring the originals to the interview .

Our scan date is 02 March. I logged in last night and AOS is showing N/a along with two more n/a's.

I'm not getting too excited about it as its only been a month. Is this definitely a case complete?

Will the nvc say so over the phone or will I just wait?

call....and let us know what they said.....nvc is pushing out record breaking cc's in less than 30 days!!!! and congrats!!!
