You both should be fine. My scan date same as yours mar 23 and i got case completed on april 16th. So yoi should get case completed by today. U can call them if you wanna to know. It takes a while for case completed to be shown on the website.

don't worry it's normal if they just gave it to you yesterday that means your case is brand new and sometimes it takes a couple days from the day you get your case number for the aos fee and ds261 to open up, so look for that to open up early next week . Pay that fee and fill the ds261 out then send your documents with the cover sheet you'll get once you pay the aos fee (it will be printable once you pay it) then wait about 2 weeks and call them and ask to review your choice of agent when they do that about a week or so the iv application will open and the fee as well .

I had to call the NVC on Wednesday (4/15), after over a month of not being able to pay the IV Fee, and spoke to an agent to review the DS-261.

I got mine reviewed on Tuesday this is annoying lol .

I honestly think it depends who you end up talking to at the NVC. I've read so many member's experience about having to wait over a week even. I was fortunate enough to speak to a very nice young lady. She didn't sound cranky (even though my call went through at 11:45pm EST) and seemed to genuinely wanted to help.

Give it a few days. I wasn't able to fill mine out until a week after my case number was assigned. And while you're waiting, assemble your supporting documents if you haven't already.

You can call anytime regardless who you put as your agent. It's your and your wife's case. As long as you have the case number, date of birth of the beneficiary and petitioner's information ready when you call, you're all set.
