That's not an error, your IV fee hasn't been invoiced. Call into NVC and ask them to invoice IV fee.

Just an FYI, since today is the tax return deadline in the US, from now on, 2014 tax information will be required in the AOS package and 2014 is now considered the most recent tax year on the I-864 fo

No, the forms don't need to be notarized. Just dated and signed by the petitioner (and joint sponsor(s), if applicable).

just one last question on the 864 ez what does everyone put in the last box if they are filling it out themselves?

(the person filling out this form other than petitioner section)

do they just leave it blank or put N/A

But isn't it too early to call as your scan date is April 2, a day before mine.

so finally got someone AWESOME!!

NVC Rep, Rob - huge shout out to the most awesome rep I've spoken to yet!!

Issue we have been having:

original DS 261 submitted with USC hubby as the Agent..... waited 2 (3?) weeks and called, got mine reviewed with no issues.... could not (would not?) review kids' cases because I was not the Agent/Beneficiary/Petitioner, was told to change DS261 to my name....sure...... made update & waited a couple weeks and started calling again..... now being told by multiple people that because the Agent is a 3rd Party (neither Beneficiary or Petitioner) must wait up to 42 days and don't call 'til end of April or beginning of May..... ((getting rather frustrated with the run around and getting different info every time))

Spoke to Rob just now (figured no harm in trying to call again....) and he now tells me that it clearly shows that even though I'm the Agent for the children our cases are cross-referenced and it clearly shows I'm their mother so me being the Agent is not a problem ((If it had been a true 3rd party like a lawyer, they'd have to wait the full time....)). So he updates the Agent and BAM! the invoice for the wee ones should be available in up to 7 days ((I got mine emailed about 1.5 days after my DS261 was reviewed....)

**sigh**

They really need more staff meetings or better training (ha!) so that they stop giving different information every time someone calls!

08-03-2017 Daughter and I completed biometrics; May 2018 - I had to redo my biometrics (reason unknown)

07-13-2018 I-551 extension stamp (12 mths) obtained at USCIS office in Detroit

09-20-2018 Transferred to TSC

10-15-2018 Text notification "New Card Being Produced"   YAY!!

I calle dand they reviewed it over the phone, and when I talked to "Joy" today, she confirmed that it was reviewed on April 7th, but they are still processing the IV fee invoice?

I thought it only took a few days after review? Is something wrong?

Hi ALL!

Im back to visajourney after years. now its my Mom's I130 for my dad. this is the place where you can breath "hope" during the whole process..LOL!

My MOM filed i130 last March (NOA 3/05/2015) and just last Saturday she got the NOA2 with notice date of 04/02/2015.

I was expecting this will take months with the USCIS but my moms papers are now forwarded to NVC. we got all very excited about this.. now we are following the flow chart posted on the 1st page and hopefully this goes smooth and fast!

Advance "Thanks" for my future question i know there will be a lot coming and good luck to those in the process too.

that's correct, 1 I-864EZ for each of you ((watch the number of people in household question though!!)) as each of you are your own individual case......

we were going to put 2 as a number of ppl in the household in my petition and 3 in my daughters, that should be correct, right?!
