That's not an error, your IV fee hasn't been invoiced. Call into NVC and ask them to invoice IV fee.

I called this morning and they said my case is now in AP ( under administrative processing) and i have no idea why!!! Seems like they dont want to close my case :cry: dont know what i can do...

Jus mailed off my packet today with both AOS and IV docs for both my husband and daughter!! Hoping for a 30 days case complete with no checklist!!!

01/22/15 I130 sent via UPS to Chicago Lockbox
01/23/15 Delivered
01/26/15 NOA1 email and text received.. sent to VSC.
01/27/15 Check cleared.
02/02/15 NOA1 hardcopy received.. priority date 01/23/2015

02/18/15 NOA2 hardcopy received

Help needed

For the AOS,

I am a self employed,

am I thinking correct that if I was to submit IRS transcripts, bank statements, IRA's and list of assets and fill out I-864 ( full form), with the sufficient AGI of 125% above the PL, that it should be good enough?

Was anyone else in a similar situation?

What does that mean? You are in my thoughts how incredibly frustrating-stay strong and I hope it is over this week.

May I ask how many days we are going to wait before we can sign in the ds260 from the date we paid the AOS fee? Or IV fee should be paid first before we can fill up the ds260? Your answers are highly appreciated. Thank you.

DS-260 is dependent on the IV fee. It'll appear after the IV fee appears as PAID.
