Good Morning

Thank you for giving such valuable information to all the VJ readers. Hope someone can give me an insight re: packet 4 form DS156. My finace received his packet 4 and he has the DS 156, I am just wondering can he still use it for his interview or he has to use the online form from the embassy site called EVAF? Please advise me on this. What will happen if he used the form he received and not the EVAF? This is my first post on this forum. Hopefully someone will have some time to answer my question. Thanks in advance for all your help.

Which country are we talking about? You need to first fill in the details in your profile in order for us to give you a good answer, it is hard to answer question when your profile says N/A, and N/A sounds like you are not filing for anything and country is un-known.

Some consulates require the newer electronic form to be filled out, because it generates a barcode that contains all the data entered in the form.
