new processing times are posted today. VSC shows April 13, i think it is time for the pending cases to call customer service and ask to speak with an immigration officer (tier 2). Good luck guys!

So pretty much this number shows 11 months backlog. If anybody call for case status, please ask them if they have any intention to transfer cases to CSC in order to balance workload. May be they have a little bit info to share with you. Keep us updated. At that point you are the only one source of information anyways. Good luck!

Smh, funny thing is, I am still with in normal processing time. My NOA date is April 16th, so I'm guessing that's the excuse I'll get when I call them. This is so annyoing

If you'd like wait exactly for 11 month mark and call that day. 2 more days for you I guess.

I only waited for 8 months before contacting customer service and requesting info pass to miami Immigration support center. You need to be proactive, create a dynamism so they can get to act on your case.Sometimes, I had the feeling if you don't do anything they will take the longest to get back to you.

Have faith, we need to clear the rest of April 2015 filers. good luck to the rest of you all.

Hi,

One last thing, you can make service request from the comfort of your home on your computer on the uscis web site. In my case I called the customer service hotline on 12/28/15 got a response in the mail saying on 01/07/16 an I/O will be reviewing my case. A month later I made an e-service request. On feb. 6th 2016 went to Miami local field office on an info pass and the I/O told me right then and there that my ROC was approved in the morning of that same day. Let's get Vermont moving people.

I called them today actually and I got the boilerplate response. It's still within processing time. The guy told me to call back and he can file a service request for me or I should do it myself, when I'm outside the processing time. Smh

I wonder if it is the USCIS regulation not helping someone until they fall behind normal processing times. in your case it is just one day difference nitehero, just one day!! and they still want to make you wait another 20 days for the next processing time update. how hard could it be to search someone's details on a computer? unbelievable!
