Congrats kiwivisa! Good to see the gaps in April VSC timeline are also filling. I checked timelines for the remaining accounts but nothing to report. 1.618, Kiplz, and lolasoy have not even logged in since June/July 2015, so who knows about their status.

I was surprised as I updated my profile to see it took 310 days to get the approval in the end. Since it seems we have to send evidence yet again with the N400 for naturalization, you think it would make everyone life easier, and reduce the workload of USCIS, to make the conditional GC 3 years long and just do the same checks they do for ROC at the Naturalization adjudication....

The hub and I called this afternoon and the agent there said the date they are working on is 3/31 .....soo.. I'm feeling that our day is coming soon. I'm remaining positive at this point.

August 2nd 2012- INTERVIEW- APPROVED
August 10th 2012- Visas received
August 21st 2012- P.O.E Boston!

September 11th 2012- Applied for SSN.
September 16th 2012- MARRIED!!!
September 17th 2012- Received SSN.
October 26th 2012- Sent off AOS forms.

January 16th 2013- EAD and AP card issued.
January 26th 2013- Card received in mail.

May 29th 2013- Service request, as outside of processing times.

June 25th 2013- Green card/EAD stamp received in passport. Green card production ordered!

July 5th 2013- Green card arrives :)

August 22nd 2014- Daughter Born!

April 17th 2015- I-751 Sent.

April 20th 2015- NOA 1

June 2nd 2015- Biometrics Appt.

February 2nd 2016- I-751 APPROVED! 10 Year Green card issued!

 

February 22nd 2019 Applied for Citizenship! 

March 14th 2019 - Biometrics appt.

April 23rd 2019 - Interview. APPROVED!!!!!  It took 60 days!!!

Hi Guys, as I was approved , I want to tell you My ROC story..

AOS was approved on June 28th 2013 after six month. As I am nearing retirement in my home country, I have continued with the work abroad but I am home 3 times a month. My wife has the opportunity to work for a major US airline. For the ROC i've sent lots of financial mingling: I am on her 401K, her emergency contact at work. We do a lot of international travel together.

We also submitted joint financial, cars and insurance under both our names, bank statements, joint House rent, joint credit cards, her work debit card that we both use joint,tax return, electricity bill under my name, same health insurance, lots of boarding passes of trips back and forth to our country of origin. (same country) and other foreign destinations, lots of pictures with both our families at home and abroad with details.I am home for every major holydays.

Members of my family are on her travel passes, she have traveled with my kids, my brother and my mother numerous times.

No RFE, No Interview

Bring the approval notice with you just in case your card doesn't arrive by then. Enjoy your trip!

On a side note for everyone, Monday is federal holiday and VT schools are on a break whole next week. So let's hope whoever agents taking vacation days next week are not the ones handling the ROCs. :)

I literally was gonna log in to update i haven't received my approval yet, byt forgot my password so i requested a reset.

i logged in to my gmail lol and there was the approval!

Hi Guys, as I was approved , I want to tell you My ROC story..

AOS was approved on June 28th 2013 after six month. As I am nearing retirement in my home country, I have continued with the work abroad but I am home 3 times a month. My wife has the opportunity to work for a major US airline. For the ROC i've sent lots of financial mingling: I am on her 401K, her emergency contact at work. We do a lot of international travel together.

We also submitted joint financial, cars and insurance under both our names, bank statements, joint House rent, joint credit cards, her work debit card that we both use joint,tax return, electricity bill under my name, same health insurance, lots of boarding passes of trips back and forth to our country of origin. (same country) and other foreign destinations, lots of pictures with both our families at home and abroad with details.I am home for every major holydays.

Members of my family are on her travel passes, she have traveled with my kids, my brother and my mother numerous times.

No RFE, No Interview

got the approval letter today

Can someone please update the list with ours approval date? We got the approval via text 2/12/16 that the card is in production. Woohoo!
