"Your request for the removal of the conditional basis of your permanent resident status has been approved."

The date of the decision was 08/04/2015.

Hey guys- December filers are starting to get approved. Guess that's due to most files getting transfered to other service centers. Most approved December filers say their approval comes from the local office in their city...? Anyways hope they'll jump to year 2015 soon.

P.S. Its downright depressing talking about other approved filers but I think I'll suspend myself for a while from the forum until something positive comes around for us VSC April filers.

Wow, that's so great to see some April filers already approved. I'm sure that ours will be one of the longest since we have a divorce waiver... but we had excellent evidence, so we'll see what happens! Congrats and I'm sure it won't be too much longer for those of us still waiting :)

OMG!!! So, my ex got his approval letter today!! I was definitely prepared for an RFE, interview, etc. since we're a divorce waiver but I'm glad that our paperwork and evidence was sufficient!

August 2008 - met when we were both living in England

February 2009 - began dating

May 28, 2011 - got engaged

August 5, 2011 - got married (in England)

September 29, 2011 - moved to Mexico

VISA PROCESS:

December 3, 2012 - sent I-130 to Mexico City (DCF)

December 6, 2012 - I-130 approved

December 14, 2012 - NVC case number assigned and instruction letter sent from Juarez Consulate but we NEVER received it

March 4, 2013 - called to check about our case and received our NVC case number and Invoice number

March 9, 2013 - submitted DS-260 online

April 17, 2013 - interview date - visa approved!!!

July 11, 2013 - POE: entered US through Dallas, TX

July 22, 2013 - Social Security Card delivered

August 22, 2013 - Green Card delivered

05/16/16 Scheduled for an Interview (Case Status Online)

05/20/16 Received I/L
06/24/16 Interview date (PASSED)
07/20/16 Oath-taking at LACC ( I AM NOW A US CITIZEN!!!)
