I sit here dumfounded, I found out a long time ago that there is a member that used to come here and one that comes here once in a while that has been making fun of my husband and I and the situation we are in. I find it heartless and pathetic that anyone would make fun of another's pain. How low does one have to be to come into a thread and be sweet and loving but yet go to another forum to spew their venom? It's none of you, but I know exactly who it is and where they go to do this. I leave your punishment in God's hands since he is the only one that has the right to punish you and the only one that can punish you like no other.

I have opened my heart to everyone on this thread and forum so that the mistakes we made wont hurt anyone else. Many are denied or put in AP and never return and now I understand why. Although there are great people on this thread I know many of these people come to read and make fun so because of them I will refrain from saying what's going on in our case. You can make fun of me, you can insult and belittle me but not my husband.

God bless those with truly good hearts, those that come here to help and find comfort in each other and rejoice at the blessings God gives us. To you I say thank you from the bottom of my heart and know I truly love every last one of you. :)(F) (L) (F)

Hi Soloenta,

I am so sorry. I am going back and reading this thread. That is soooo horrible. Some people are inherently evil. They thrive and live off of others' pain. People like this are just miserable individuals themselves. Don't worry about them. You will have your joy and the reward you deserve soon. And your marriage and bond will be so unbreakable. You and your husband will have a great future together. You will see.

I was catching up on the old posts as I was away and just read this.

So sorry to know that such people exists here. Well II'm clueless about the topic but as I read the post I can guess the situation.

Only I can say is just avoid this kind of perpersonns as they are heart less by nature and they really don't care about how others feel about .it.it

Their time will surely come one day and they will feel thr pain.

Well as those devils here even we are here to support you. And the things you've done so far is so helping I m sure many of people have got so much of inspiration from you including me. No matter what you are and outstanding person.

Good wishes and prayers for you!

Just throwing this out there... How come they hire a whole bunch of people to take care of petitions for "illegal aliens" but they give a jack about us law abiding citizens that are going about this the right way?

I have nothing against people who have migrated illegally, but since it affects me I have a big issue with the whole immigration system that has their priorities all messed up.

Why dont they hire a bunch of new people at NVC also to speed up review time and interview scheduling, and help all people equally?

uuuuugh!

Certainly agree with you!

They should have two different groups or departments working particularly for illegally migrated ones and for another immigrants.

Why the hell we are punished for doing nothing illegal.

First welcome to the thread :)(F) (L) (F)

Second, I had a response for everyone but Firefox has crashed four times and I can't go back to try anymore it's just too much so sorry but you know I love and appreciate all your beautiful words, prayers and well wishes. On top of this VJ seems to not sending notifications when someone posts these last two days or so.

MMJohnson, I agree with you 100% and would also like to know why they were given priority over all of us (DACA) and thus many of us had to wait well over a year to just get approved at USCIS? Then the NVC fiasco due to the same reason and complaints from people waiting so long at USCIS? I would like to know why they gave

TSA ONE BILLION YES ONE BILLION dollars to train their flunkies to watch people that yawn and act a certain way at the boarders and airport? I for one yawn because I can't sleep the night before scared my alarm wont go off. Why didn't they us that money to improve the immigration process that needs a total overhaul not for illegals but for those doing it the right way? Why do people in AP and Denied are put at the end of the line and made to suffer even more? We need people to just handle these cases and not have them thrown in with everyone else. Why do some people get through USCIS in 17 to 30 days and others 300 to 600 days? Are are expedited given depending on the Embassy for stupid reasons like I want my husband home for Christmas? Both Maharosa and I were denied and we both had to come home to take care of loved ones that are ill. One lady with a brain tumor was denied an expedite, realllllllllllllllllly why? Immigration is a disaster and no one gives a gnats____ fill in the blank.

It's shameful how the USA treats it's citizens? I could go on and on but I wont, I'm just at my wits end with the injustice of this and the power given to Co's their needs to be more because they are not above the law yet they get away with breaking them discriminating against many laws we all have to abide by.

Hey all, after my Zumba class tonight, I thought I'd try raquetball...by myself...for the first time.

It was a semi-large tall walled white room with a tiny little door with no handle. It reminded me of this immigration process, and I felt like I was in some matrix twilight zone area.

(If the door was locked from the outside, it would be the perfect replica for what we are going through.)

As I hit this little blue bouncy tennis type ball around this plain white room, no matter how I hit or where I hit it, there was nothing, no outcome. Just sweat and pain. My extreme emotional stress from this process just made me think, I am inside AP. I can hit this ball all I want, nothing will get done. If i was stuck in here, I could do nothing until someone unlocked the door. Exhausting. Frustrating. Tormenting. Alone. No One here with me, no one cares about us being stuck in this room. Maybe they think it's funny to torture us....I just don't understand how can this process treat us law abiding citizens and our innocent spouses like this? We are like prisoners in gitmo...who knows when is our release. Emotional torture by US Gov't to US Citizens should be ILLEGAL! Can we make a law about this...? (don't they have some law about water boarding...or unusual torture methods?) I agree with everyone else here, they're not being fair with us LEGALs as they are the illegals, (and i'm not bashing them...good for them,,,,) but the gov't needs to get their priorities in order, and US Citizens SHOULD be PRIORITY. Which it states on their website. I also believe LYING gov't should be punished for LYING! Dear God, How I wish we could all vote on that. Anyway...that was my rant of the day. Have a good night people. (F) Still praying for us all to get our ISSUEDS! (F)

Very nicely said! I totally agree with the immigration torturing people and should be something against it. There HAS to be ways around this. Hire more people, get sht done faster if need be. How hard is that? Its not like USA aint already in trillions of debt from dum stuff. I thought of this the other day just in one instance, in the state of Florida (and im sure elsewhere) everyone on state medical is allowed to spend $30 a month on needs like diapers? Aspirins? Over the counter meds and little needs. Dont get me wrong this IS nice BUT take in Florida alone (maybe other states who do this also) that $30 from each person a month (i would assume the government pays for it?) put it towards fixing our immigration system for spouses. Let our spouses be here to do what they want which is TAKE CARE of us so we would never feel the need for state medical or their $30 a month or any financial issues in general. Thats just one dinky thing that could make,in my opinion, a HUGE difference if it was money put towards immigration system overhaul. There is SOOOOO much more that could be done. Why aint it? Thats my rant added to yours. GOD bless you in speeding things up for you Natasha and Noor, Soloenta and Janelle (among a few).

My husbands interview was March 31st, the CO said our case looks good but said he will be in AP process for 2-3 months and it is mandatory. Whatever that means, for me it just means I can't see my hubby now. He did not get any slip or 221g of any kind. Please pray for me and if you have any ideas as to if this sounds like a short AP or a long AP!? I check CEAC 40 times daily if not more. I might have to leave my job if this becomes too long :(. Please pray he gets his Visa issued within this month. Thank you to all. I pray that everyones gets scheduled for the interview soon and everyone gets approved right away.

Awwww Natasha!!!! Hugs to you girl. I know it's hard. We have been committed since we turned 15 and knew each other since childhood growing up, school and everything. We have waited long enough and it just kills me that we are still waiting :(. I cannot bare this wait anymore, I miss him!!!!

I hope your hubby gets an interview soon. God will get you past this for sure, it's just a matter of "when". Keep up the faith and he will be with you soon. I am sorry you had to wait so long, I will pray for you guys. Love

:energy:Congrats on the approval!

sad-and-sorry-smiley-emoticon.gif So sorry for the Embassy's "mandatory" AP. I call this AP :alien:Alien Punishment :alien: , because they are punishing us for marrying "aliens."

No one ever told us, so I'm going to keep it real here,,,,

I truely feel your pain, the reality is that this AP could be very long...there is no time limit, and no possible way to expedite it, they will be done when they are done. Pakistan is notorious for longer APs. I am not trying to bring you down, I DO HOPE you get your ISSUED today! I'm just saying be prepared, it could be awhile. Keep yourself busy, plan trips to visit each other, keep good communication with your husband, this separation will make your bond even stronger. It is challenging, but the HOPE and the GOOD NEWS is, MOST people actually DO eventually get their visas issued...we just never know when this will be....think of it as a surprise.

We are in :alien: AP :alien: My husband was the only person interviewed in English, and it lasted about 30 min. In the end the CO gave him back one pic, and his birth cert, with his passport, gave him 221g "administrative processing" and told him they'd call him "soon" when his visa was ready. This was 304 days ago. sad-kitty-smiley-emoticon.gif

(F)

We continue to pray for us all to get our ISSUEDs SOON! (F)

So sorry to here that.

well said about we are marrying Aliens.. it was funny.

we definitely draw strength from all of your positiveness.hs.

hugs for you.

and you guys are always in my prayers.. wish you get approved soon.

Good luck.

I honestly feel this shouldn't be done to Citizens either. I totally understand their need for background checks but they can't hire someone just to do it for us!? I am still hoping my hubbys AP process goes by soon just because he didn't get any 221g at all and his interview was barely 5-10 mins. They did not even ask him for anything at all. If it's not done in the next 30 days, leaving my job and going to him.

Honestly I do not know what I will do because leaving job for me would is the last option but I know he can't be without me anymore. It is not an option at all because I have my bills and expenses. I already work from home but they may not allow me to work in Pakistan so I will need a job that will allow me to work in Pakistan. This would mean leaving Apple, and going with another company that would let me work at home. I need income but I will leave anything for him.

I need to be able to maintain my salary for i864 to be able to support him.
