Thank you. It was great to be there. But now it just makes me want to be there more. It has only been 75 days since we got NOA1 and we are at NSC...so seems like they are the slowest for CR-1 right now. So we have a good bit more.

No news, it's still at NVC, I don't know what they need to look over it's all BS then they will send it to USCIS then God knows how long they will keep it then off to the Nebraska SC the h e l l whole of the world, then back to the Embassy if reaffirmed it not they give 30 days to send more evidence. At least this is what they told me will happen.

I still hope and pray you will get through this process faster than we did, this is just criminal! Criminals are treated with much more respect then we are. And be happy the more you visit the better for you case.

Called NVC couldn't contain myself since I have been seeing CC from March 26 and CL from March 30 and my SD is March 27, was given the speech. Will call Friday, just hopong for no checklist lol

I know your pain, there is no rhyme or reason about anything they do it's not first come first serve it's pure chaos and God willing no Checklists and the rest of your journey will be quick and smooth. Your in my prayers.

Soloenta they haven't sent it to USCIS yet? NVC got ours the middle of March and was sent to USCIS on March 27th and I have already received a n email from them telling me they have our case and our reviewing it and will contact me when they are done. Praying for you that it gets processed and over to USCIS soon.

I know i haven't been on here for a long time., well since Dec 9, 2014 to be exact. I am sorry to hear about your situation.

I finally got my AP clearance (~4 months) , and i got my visa yesterday…. NOW To make it through the border … the last hurdle.

Thank you for keeping this thread …and letting people rant. It has its own healing powers.

I just paid my last fees today and gave me three week notice at work and leave on May 16. I am SOOO ready to begin my new chapter.

AS for the people waiting in AP, i wish you all the best. I know NVC and USCIS can put you through hell, but being in AP is worse than something I had ever imagined (I have to say my lawyer was awesome and he got things moving), so 4 months was hell but it happened.

Take care. I will touch base once again when i cross the US border.

Thank you so much sweet heart, no nothing they are punishing me a little extra for some reason I think for them 640 days in the process isn't enough. I wonder what is taking them so long but I'm happy they aren't torturing you with this. Thank you so much for your prayers and your in mines. God but with us all but just a little more with us because we need it.

OMG I'm so happy to see you I for some reason thought you had your visa and just went poof hahahaa but so very happy for you and you will have a smooth POE but will pray just in case.

Got my interview date today. May 6th. It was almost too soon--I was able to get the LAST medical appointment available in TWO provinces that would get me ready on time.
