About medical check

Hey guys,

On the sheet I received about medical check, it actually told me how much it would cost for it, but it also mentioned it's the doctor's decision to determaine whether I need extra tests which would definitely increase the cost in total.

So all I want to know is that if it's common to have extra tests? On the sheet it said it would cost $1100 HKD in total, is there a huge chance that it would cost more than that?

Just a quick guess, that the "extra tests" being mentioned is that - "if" after you take medical exams and it showed to the result you have illness or simple sickness that needed to be treated first, thats how implies the additional fees. But whatever fee's they've mentioned for medical exams in website it is.
