The IRS does not allow you to deduct USCIS fees from your income for tax purposes. Nor can you deduct the cost of legal representation for an immigration matter, as this expense does not meet the IRS guideline: a deductible expense must be directly related to the production of income. Transportation to your immigration office, biometrics fees, postage, phone calls, copying charges and all the other expenses of getting a visa are all non-deductible.

With all due respect Ma'am/Sir, I don't think you understand the tax laws with regards to immigration fees/immigration lawyers. Claiming tax deductions for these are not allowed. Now go ahead and delete this comment for speaking the Gospel Truth.

Generally, you can deduct on Schedule A (Form 1040) only the amount of your medical and dental expenses that is more than 10% of your AGI. But if either you or your spouse was born before January 2, 1950, you can deduct the amount of your medical and dental expenses that is more than 7.5% of your AGI.

My wife badly wants to work as a 3D Graphic Designer ASAP...

so personally speaking, even without the tax deductible benefit for immigration processing fee,

her coming here will end up being a production of income to our family...sort of...

Also, Darnell may miss a spot here and there, but he's usually spot on,

and for every one he misses, he'll help out many dozens along the way.
