I'm sorry to hear that, but if it is anything to be gained in that, you will indeed truly know who really does support you. :(

Another day without a letter on our end. Tabitha, let me know if you get anything out of the NVC.. it would help to ease my mind a bit.

Very very true. I think this process also really tests your sanity and patience. Today...I feel like I'm losing those tests

Oh Pooh, perhaps we need to send the dogs after the mailman Yuna. He's clearly napping on the job.

I tried calling the NVC nonstop for about an hour today, couldn't get through :( I'll try again tomorrow.

We did get another update on CEAC site though. This makes 3 in the last week.

Here is my theory about this.... Someone at the embassy feels so bad about us being apart that they have petitioned the powers that be to grant us a visa without an interview. Our status keeps changing cause it's moving up the ladder into the hands of the head honcho and any day now Liam Neeson, Jason Statham or Vin Diesel (maybe all three) will knock (or kick down if he doesn't answer quickly enough) on his door and give him a personal escort to a private jet waiting to deliver him to me.

Or......

Someone at the embassy's screen is glitching to our case and it updates our status every time they turn on their computer.

Thank you. I thought for sure I would wake up with good news today. Nothing again. Status update date changed again...but still says ready for my interview.

dumb question: My CEAC status only has a status updated date and no case created date. Is that normal? I've done some searching and it seems in the past there was always a created date.

Unsure Wooderz, ours always had a case creation date and then a status update date underneath of it when they finally entered something on the 19th. I'd say anything goes after the issues they've had.

Based on my searches, it doesn't seem normal. Seems like it should have a case created date.

I'm waiting on my interview letter too. When was your medical?

My medical was the 8th June.

I got my Fiance to call up the USCIS place and they told her my interview is set for the 17th July, but I have yet to receive my letter!

I have sent off a form in the hopes they can tell me where it is or send a new interview letter :P

Hey All,

I hope everyone's case is moving along nicely, and by nicely I mean I hope yall arent pulling your hair out yet.. trust me I know the feeling haha.

Ross and I married on June 19th. As we are waiting for the marriage certificate, we are trying to prepare for the AOS and all the other stuff that comes with after the marriage. Is there another forum for that that others in our group have started? If not would anyone be interested if we started one of those to help everyone through? I'm just reading everything and already have questions lol

Thanks,

Erica

Did the math. In order to get married on my wedding date (7/11), Scott needs his visa issued tomorrow due to the holiday, our marriage license requirements, etc. I'm beyond frustrated that. Our status date updated today. I don't know why? Wish I did. However...I haven't seen many say that their visas were issued from UK. I'm getting worried, Cole is very sick and I need Scott here.

If you want to continue talking to Brits, I have made a post-embassy thread here:

If you want to talk with others doing AOS, go here. Someone will surely make a July thread:

I just checked my original screenshot of my Ready status on CEAC and it was like yours with just a status updated date, now it has a case creation date too but I don't know when that was added, it might not have been until after my medical. I wouldn't worry about it though unless it doesn't appear by a few days after your medical.

Ah right okay that's good news. I was thinking you hadn't yet been assigned a date and that seemed like quite the wait. I guess your letter is lost somewhere? I've seen some others say the same, but they only found out about their interview date a week or a few days before haha.

Hoping for my letter next week!
