Yeah that is normal, ours was June 5th and our creation date didn't change until yesterday. It won't change until right before they are ready to issue. It will stay as yours is now. But you'll see updates from time to time. So that's normal. :)

Will a visa over ride the ESTA? Scott's ESTA was revoked 1.5 years ago when cole was born until he got a visa. Do we need to do anything with th ESTA? Or can he come on the visa alone? Thanks all

Nope you don't have to do anything with an ESTA. You won't be using the VWP, and you are holding a visa, so that means you've been checked, checked, and triple checked. ESTAs aren't revoked per say. ESTA is just a form you fill out, answering questions that then goes into a database and checks if you are okay to enter without a visa. Are you meaning they told him he could no longer enter on the VWP and was turned back at the POE? It's hard to say if he is actually truly banned from using the VWP. In any case, with a K1 in hand, and then later, a GC, there will be no need for you to worry about filling out an ESTA ever again.

The CEAC is once again updated for us today. I wonder what they are up to. Still no interview letter has been sent out.

Yes, the ESTA was a weird issue. He was detained at POE when he came last March for our sons birth. They allowed him to stay for a few days for the birth, but deemed him a flight risk. He hasn't seen his son since he was born 14 months ago :( soon!!!

Update from the embassy website:

Updated 25 June 2015

London has begun printing nonimmigrant and immigrant visas. We are working as quickly as possible to clear the backlog of pending visa cases and hand your passport to the courier company for delivery. The approved courier will send a tracking message once it receives your passport. You should wait for that message. During this time, we cannot provide status updates by email or phone.

If you have a nonimmigrant visa interview appointment scheduled for June 26 onwards, you should attend but be aware that your application may take longer to process than the advertised 5- 7 workdays. Immigrant visa applicants should also attend their interview but should allow 10 - 15 workdays for their application to be processed.

Yes they will all say ready. But has the creation date changed? that's what you want to see, is it to say ready with a new creation date and it will now say non-immigrant at the top.

but I know they are working on some that week so hopefully everyone's will be done soon. Ours is in AP so hoping it changes to Issued today. Good luck guys, fingers crossed.
