I've done that Lee....it's still there but I don't know what I have to click on to pay? If I click on the little pencil to edit in says I have to cancel the appointment and re-register. I have to be missing something, I just don't know what

Congratulations. I didn't know who to look for because you don't have a profile photo. What time did you get done? I was out of there in 45 minutes. Pretty quick, even with a mix up with one of our ds160 forms. The person in front of me was done by 1.25 (also a visa journey member).

I couldn't pay when I set up the account because three cards were declined so we had to sort that out first and when I went back it gave the option to pay. I presume oh haven't registered your appointment yet then, as you do that after you pay.

I followed your instructions that you put up on the site.....I was taken to every page you mentioned, with the exception of the payment page. When we sign out and log back in- his appointment is there registered, and so is the courier we chose for him to pick up the visa at...but no prompt for payment and no way to pay the MRV fee. He called the customer service number and they were of zero help...told him he could pay at the interview which I had already told him he could not do because I've seen people turned away without a payment receipt. So he's now emailed their customer service that deals with visa fee issues. I have no idea....I'm so sick of this process. It's like 2 steps forward, 10 steps back.

That's very strange. Have you checked your email which you registered to the account? I got a confirmation by email both of payment and of the appointment registration. However, the appointment only let me register after I'd paid the visa fees.

Your page is green, right? Sorry I hope that doesn't sound insulting. Just trying to think of any reason it's working differently for you.

I know it doesn't help, but you don't have to have any of this done until a day or so before your appointment. That said, I can understand the frustration.

These are my options in the gold box:

"Print Instructions", "Email instructions", "Update appointment time", "cancel appointment", "add applicant", "update delivery location", "request home delivery"

He also got an email saying that he had successfully registered his interview....

Hi jamesrenee My question is are yu on the right website? Is that the green website? Or the blue one for non immigrant? Because I was only allowed to register after I paid. But it will let yu choose a mailing depot or if you want it delivered to your home for a fee.

No- not insulting at all.....the page was green all the way through...we got taken to every page that you took a picture of except the payment page. It asked us to pick a courier for the pick up- we selected Manchester- and the next page was a summary of the registration. He did get the email of appointment registration but no email for payment obviously because we never entered it. I have no idea why it isn't working. And no tab in the gold box for payment, except if we want to pay for the home delivery service. He has in email into them so I'm glad we ran into this problem now and not a couple days before the interview!

Definitely green....that's what I remember Lee saying- make sure the page is green so we definitely were.
