Okay... so like, I'm nervous FOR him.. and he's in a zen-like state of calm about tomorrow. ^_^

It's okay to bring his phone right?

As long as he's going prepared with all the knowledge that you have, he'll walk it!

And yes, absolutely fine to take a mobile phone. I took mine, though I can't remember if I used it or not inside the Embassy (I think I did!) I do know that once inside the Embassy no photography is allowed.

I think that if I did a selfie with the grumpy/ rude woman at Window 1, I think she would've cracked the camera lens with her scowl...!

Is that the Asian lady who talks very quietly and everyone has a hard time hearing what documents she's asking for? Or is that someone else?

Asian as in Philipino/ Taiwanese/ Singapore or similar. Not so much quiet speaking as abrupt and curt. She needs to go on a PR course. And learn to smile...

Notice from London Embassy arrived yesterday - advising to complete DS-160, medical and readiness form. All done :)

I had my phone and was using it in the waiting room with no probs. Tell them to take something to read too as it's a long wait, Kindle's are OK to take in with you.
