That is usually the case. Any missing vaccination(s) will be done when she applies for AOS.

Hey frontgear, My fiance went to IOM and told that 'vietnam' lately is pushing off vaccinations for K1 as unnecessary. ( I think this stems for the shortages they had in OCT).

While technically true, now I'll need to do an added appointment/step/form in this endless paperwork journey.

I expressed my frustration she didnt get them there.

Does anyone have insights on having to do here in the states, of which now I have to pay again...when shes not insured and such. I searched for some 'civil surgeons' not sure how much more they'll be in the US.

They will be much more expensive in the States and many civil surgeons will attempt to charge you for a full medical exam when you only need the missing vaccine(s) and to complete the I-693. There is a list of civil surgeons posted on the USCIS website where you can find one locally. I would advise to call each one and find out their fees.
