It's not too rosy in Chicago either. Priority 4/16, FP: 5/12, and nothing since. Still waiting. Though I understand, it's still within estimated proc. time of 5 months, but that wait tho...

I had the same fingerprint date as you! I totally understand how you feel. It's like logically I tell myself it's nothing wrong but then seeing others gradually advancing onto the next step, you more or less feel somewhat anxious.

Also it is hard to make even summer travel plans as to you never know when it would be scheduled, nor do you want to reschedule the interview if it happens to be assigned on your travel date, just because given how long the waiting time has been in our areas, it would be awful wait if it is further delayed...

Ok guys I have a question..... I will be applying under 3 year rule..... My wife got a divorce in 2007.... And in n400 form it asks for prior spouse date of birth.... And she doesn't remember the year.... Will that be a problem if I just put random year with the correct month and date....

Ok guys I have a question..... I will be applying under 3 year rule..... My wife got a divorce in 2007.... And in n400 form it asks for prior spouse date of birth.... And she doesn't remember the year.... Will that be a problem if I just put random year with the correct month and

You can't make up answers if you don't know.

If you don't know and can't get the information, then leave it blank and tell the interviewer at the interview. He will either say it doesn't matter or will insist that you provide the missing information before a decision is made.

Does your wife have a copy of her marriage and divorce certificates? Do they have the date of birth on them?

If not, she can contact the county clerk in the town where she got married and get a copy of the marriage license. That should have the date of birth on it.

Yes I have the divorce decree, however that doesn't have a date of birth.... I think we have to go to clerks office and get that.... Thanks for that

I received update to my case online today. My interview has been scheduled and I need to wait for my interview letter in the mail. It seems like most people have to wait how long before they got their letter after their update?

I think you're talking about when the interview date will be. The OP is asking about when he'll get the letter.

That should take one or two weeks.

The interview should be 4-6 weeks after the date of the letter.

There are always exceptions though.
