CFO Q: fiancé's mother's maiden name does not have a middle name...

Hi, my CFO appointment is next week. I read guides and threads about CFO and I'm just wondering if anyone has/had the same case as mine.

So, I have a copy of my fiancé's birth cert and on it, his mother's name doesn't have a middle name "----". My fiancé confirmed this. Is this going to be a problem? Thanks.

AOS timeline - 6/26/2015 - applied for SS card (in my MAIDEN name) > 7/6/2015 - received SS card in the mail > 7/3/2015 - Sent AOS packet > 7/14/2015 - Got confirmation text/email from USCIS > 7/20/2015 - Received NOAs for I-485 & I-765 > Aug. 2015 - Received EAD > Mar. 2016 Received conditional GC (no interview) expires March 2018

GC (ROC) timeline

Jan. 25, 2018 Submitted I-751 paperwork to remove GC conditions > Feb. '18 Received I-797 > Mar. '18 Received appointment for bio-metrics / biometrics done.

Her name is her name... she was not born in the Philippines so no middle name required ;)

Excellent! Thanks, Hank! I googled a bit about middle names in the U.S., and learned that it's not legally required for USC. ^^
