Everybody.... , if WE are waiting until now, wait a little more is nothing (couple of days, hope). Keep calm.

Given USCIS snail pace, I agree.

As long as they keep processing while sorting out transfers, that is fine.

Thought about calling, but dont want to be anymore diappointed than I already am with them. :( with that I will wait to see what happens in the next week or two, and keep praying and hoping that we all get the answers we long for.

Agree that TSC is such a mess, we kinda have to lower our expectations for quickness here.

I don't wanna be a Debbie downer bc I'm just as anxious as everyone else to know if I've been transferred and how it's all gonna play out. But remember, we aren't the only petition type that is being transferred. There were a few others on the list, too. I think it could take a couple weeks to get all that work done.

Several ppl have been told that it will be done in batches so hopefully they keep batching them out and keep up regular approvals at the same time.

I hope we can all get our approvals quicker than the current 220 day average.

Hi All,

We are still experiencing the same error and its been almost a week now. Everytime we try to search for the case status, it returns with a message stating:

At this time USCIS cannot provide you with information for your case. Please contact the NCSC 1 (800) 375-5283 for additional information.

We also created an USCIS Profile and added the case there. The last update date for our case was the same date we lost visibility to case status. i.e. March 26th

Not sure what is in store for us. We are also not sure if we part of the transfers happening between USCIS Service Centres.

Is anyone encountering or has encountered a similar problem? If yes, please do share your observations.

Hoping to see more replies soon.

Kind regards,

ConiMoni

I'm actually hoping NOT to be transferred. I'm a late Jan filer so I'm behind Aug/Sept/Oct/Dec. If they transfer all the 2014 petitions, I move up as the oldest case still at TSC! Of course, one can never apply any kind of logic, reason or even pattern behind USCIS,

*I am the (female) petitioner, my husband  is an Australian citizen *

I do agree with you. We have the advantage of either being transferred to CSC and being approved quickly or have the previous month transferred, like you said, and then we'll be first in line at the TSC. I guess you can say we get the best of both worlds...but who knows at the TSC...
