I can't believe I am wishing back those weeks in Jan and Feb where TSC was at least consistently processing, lol. :ranting:

March has been a complete disaster - data on VJ almost ground to a halt and processing is haphazard at best... :protest:

I think the same. slowly but surely, we could say??

:luv:If you're tearing down my world, please just try to do it gently. There is love inside.... (L)

Has anyone phoned and asked for clarification or asked their congressman's office to do so?

Of course USCIS would probably just be really vague and not give any helpful answers.

Yeah, I sent email to my congressman's office yesterday. They replied back this morning stating that other constituents who had filed various petition types, to include the I-129F, have been transferred. They said that "some" of the existing I-129F petitions that are on file with the TSC will indeed be transferred, ergo this is not a situation where only newly-submitted petitions are routed to the CSC. They know this because they called and inquired on behalf of those constituents who have filed (relevant to us) an I-129F. Since the congressman's office can only inquire about specific cases, they didn't have any feel for how much "some" is, nor which months will be affected.

So I guess we gotta just continue to wait and see. Oh how we enjoy hearing *that* news!

FWIW.

9/8/14 - I129F petition sent to the USCIS lockbox via USPS

Another March filer from 'Bama was sent to CSC. Another week to see if transfer notifications go out for Texas neglected cases...

I've seen multiple early to mid March filers that were routed to CSC instead of TSC, and a few already received the email of their NOA2. As happy as I am that this is preventing them from getting sucked into the TSC black hole, it makes me want to scream that some of us see no end in sight :(

Looking at all of the September and November approvals yesterday makes me wonder if October is getting transferred which is why they appear to be skipped over.

I had coffee the other day with a congressman from my area. I discussed the headaches encountered by USCIS with their insanely long waiting periods, along with lack of information at times.

This process that we all go through for the K1/K3 visa is hard for most people to fully grasp. It's not just waiting for some government approval. It's the heart breaking pain of yet another day without your better half. It's trying to plan for the future blindly with no end in sight. Will we be together in 2 months? 4 months? 6 months? 1 year?

We are now 2.1 months from date of NOA-1 and in the TSC. I wish we had a way to more accurately track our case.

I know how government works, and that they could easily make the process more transparent, however, I also know that when you have massive backlogs and lack of support, the best solution is less transparency to leave you in the dark.

For example. The government knows how many case files are waiting in each service center. Would it be so hard to have more details on their site like "Your case XYZ12312312 is in queue with 1,429 other I-129f applications ahead. Your estimated review date is roughly XX/XX to XX/XX.

I just wish we had some metrics on how this worked. How many case files does someone approve per day? How many files are ahead of me in line. etc.

Being so far from your heart, clinging each day to the hope that some update might occur, we at least all have each other for support. Again, unless you are living through this process, no one can ever really understand the true headaches, heartaches, and stress it causes.

Best of luck to everyone! I hope you are all with your future spouses soon.

I was sitting here alone in my office today looking at the changes in processing times as TSC continues to get slower CSC continues to get faster. Im starting to wonder when CSC is going to start processing future applications, soon people who get sent to CSC will get an email before they file stating we know you have not filed yet but may someday so we are notifying you in advance that your petition has been approved. Then I went on and looked at CSC on IGORS list and to my amusement there is an approval with NOA1 date as 7/24/2015 and NOA2 date as 8/22/2015.
