I have this messsage since February... when we called them and asked, tey just said it's a glitch in the system and not to worry they got our case...they will fix it blah blah blah.... Since it's still not fixed I don't expect it to be fixed before we get our NOA2 which is in few months..

I think until something updated in our cases we will get that error message. They are not going to fix the system. I am not checking my case status anymore ... I know i will get the same error message .

Made an account to add to this thread. My case to renew my green card got updated on Friday and I've been unable to check my status since then. I guess they're about to be slammed by phone calls when the service center opens.

On another note, has anybody done a E-request on here? I noticed that the status got changed to "An officer is responded to your case inquiry XXXXXXX" on Friday before it went down but I have not received any emails of any sort.

I applied for OPT a month ago. I got the receipt notice on March 23 and I could see the same status online. On April 3, the status replaced by the same error. I called the number several times but seems like they see the same thing so it comes from LIN office that has my app not where we call.

I talked to our school's international office (since they prepare documents for OPT), and they said they are seeing this for some other students as well and they said this new website sucks.

To me, it is like "pending" or "no update at this time" status. Looks like whoever was designing the webpage, put a general error we see for every error made by officers so if an officer leave the status space blank, we will see this error. But the later is just my guess.

I am not worried about the error itself, but my worry is, I haven't seen anybody with a status change from this error to something else so far

I had the same error message. Spoke with USCIS today, this is just a system glitch, it does not mean you are getting a RFE, nor does it mean they are working on your certain file. She assured me it was just a technical issue. Nothing to worry about!

Having they same info too when I check our status. Filed I-129F March 31st. Got our our NOA1 april 6th. I checked my status today still receiving the same message. this is so frustrating.

Figures there would be technical problems right when we send in our application lol. Been getting the same error over here.
