USCIS Case Status Search Stopped Working!!!

The last I saw activity on the website was on 3/24 (NOA1 on 3/17). I called USCIS and spoke to a very difficult to understand agent who said nothing more than he could see the petition in the system. He conjectured that the agency was having website issues, but offered no more than that on the phone. I guess if you are worried that your application has been lost in the 'system', worry, but you're worried because you don't see your application status popping up and you are very early in the process, I would just grumble, but not much more to be done.

Hey everyone. Anyone manage to get their USCIS case status search to work yet. It still seems to be not working on my end. Have not seen any postings on their website that states it is not working.... so not sure what to think.

applied for N400 whilst I751 was pending, however I751 was approved without an interview on Jan 10th /11th

N-400 applied Online: 11/7/18

BIO for N400 : 11/30/18

EST. Case Completion: October 2019) of 7/15/19 

INTERVIEW: 10/7/2019- APPROVED

OATH DATE: 10/24/2019-  received oath letter in the mail on 10/11 

 

LOCAL OFFICE: BOSTON ( moved from California (SANTA ANA, CA) )

mine isn't working either..that's a new manner of them they just allow you to check the status as soon as they looked over it for a rfe or a approval.

Oh okay. that is a bit annoying. I wouldn't mind if it still shows the received message, it is the "cannot display" message that makes me uneasy. I do see that on here that some people with NOA1's of March 25,26,27 are receiving their NOA2 notifications. So Sabrina&Chuck. I think your wait is almost over. I still have another week or so if the recent space of March Filers on here is to be believed. But the estimations state that those with NOA1's of March 22 are currently being worked on. I do see that my case was last updated on the 15th of April. So not sure if that means anything to anyone in regards to what is happening....

Ok, I don't think it's means you are going to get noa2 soon. I applied for my husband i130 petition, and it takes 5/6 months to be approved. So, for me no hope that this message means they are working on my case. Still not working.

It's right. I think the only change we will see online if something's ill happen to our case, or they update it. I believe the message we all have now will not change back to " your application was received".

This message, "At this time USCIS cannot provide you with information for your case. Please contact the NCSC 1 (800) 375-5283 for additional information." appears apparently if your case has been touched or updated and someone is working on it.

The USCIS system is not down. It is working.

This message, "At this time USCIS cannot provide you with information for your case. Please contact the NCSC 1 (800) 375-5283 for additional information." appears apparently if your case has been touched or updated and someone is working on it.

Oh ok, so meaning to say from March 17 until now no one touch our application? :D
