Hi, we used to be a US-Russian couple living in Denmark, but now we are separated by the Atlantic Ocean - my husband has returned to the US, and we are waiting for K3 visa for me. Both [i130 and 129F were approved 10 days ago, but the case has not arrived in NVC yet... I guess you all know how we feel ;)

Our Timeline:

Marriage: Sep-30-2006

Ken moved to the US :( : Oct-23-2006

I130 filed: Nov-17-2006

I130 NOA1: Nov-27-2006 (petition transferred to Californian CIS)

I-129F filed : Dec-08-2006

I-129F NOA1: Jan-01-2007

Status on the Jan-30-2007: pending, not even touched ...

NOA2 (both I-129F & I130): Feb-01-2007 (Wow! Thanx, God!)

inquire regarding the case number emailed to NVC: 2007-02-19

email response from NVC: the case has been sent to the consulate! 2007-02-23

The package 3 arrived: 2007-03-05

interview: Mar-29-2007

visa arrived: Apr-27-2007

AOS and EAD

AOS & EAD filed - AUG-30-2007

NOA1 SEP-20-2007

Biometrics OCT-25-2007

EAD approved NOV-06-2007

EAD arrived NOV-16-2007

Appointment letter NOV-20-2007

Interview scheduled JAN-08-2008

05/29/2007: Received Welcome letter

06/04/2007: Green Card in Hand!!!

6/18/2009: Biometrics Done

09/14/2009: Approved!!!

5/09/2011: Swearing in Ceremony (We're Done)
