Question About G325A

For the section on the G325A about residence for the last 5 years, I was wondering if I foget the exact number of the address, is that a big deal? For example, if I know I lived on a street called Carlton Way, but I don't remember the exact street number, is that ok?

Also, same question for the employer for last 5 years section, if I don't remember the exact address, is it ok to just put what I remember? Or will I somehow be penalized for this?

Just do the best you can on this one...I had my panties all in a bunch about this one, and was told that this is just for background information and not checked into too carefully.

As far as the employment section...I did a lot of googling of exact addresses for my SO's information.

Give the information to the best of your knowledge. Most of that information is never verified anyways. It is just used for continuity throughout the whole process. Meaning, they watch to see if any information does not stay consistent, possibly meaning that you are not telling the truth, etc.
