Hello all, this site has been helpful. I have found many tips and guides on this site not disclosed elsewhere. However, I haven't found anything related to my concerns. I've received my NVC letter of acceptance. I've got everything ready just about. The I-864 is being finalized, the supporting documents are ready to send, and the fee will be paid soon. From what I've read I can pay the fee online and also complete the application.

The NVC letter states my wife's address as Malaysia, yet they've chosen Manila, Philippines as the interview site. She is from the Philippines so I figure that is why they chose Manila.

So I believe I can handle all the paperwork here in the US. Is the NVC going to send my wife any mail at her listed address in Malaysia? She has problems receiving mail as it takes so long (from here in the States one letter took four weeks). Can we assume no mail about her visa will be mailed to her? Thank you for the informative and pertinent answers.

Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.
