Is that what the code 3 means? I'm in the same situation, had biometrics taken for AOS back in November, but they wouldn't take biometrics for EAD, so had to wait until 90 days had passed so I could get an infopass appointment. They then sent me for biometrics. Does anyone have any experiences with infopass - the guy I spoke to was very very unhelpful, wouldn't tell me anything or give me a temporary EAD, just sent me for biometrics (again!!!). Am hoping that is a good sign though....maybe it means it's already been approved.

That is exactly what happened to me - I was just sent to do my EAD biometrics at my InfoPass... and the official was unhelpful and would not say that the case had in fact already been approved. I was given notice of the approval 2 days after biometrics, but since receiving the card I can see it was actually approved back on Dec 20.

Is someone able to confirm what code 3 means???

Hi, when did you have your biometrics? you do not say anything about that.

thanks.

and ... congrats!!

I guess you're asking me when Cristina had her biometrics done? They were done in Detroit on Dec 22nd the day we had our InfoPass appt. (thanks to a kindly infopass agent who saw that 90 some days had passed without an EAD or I485 biometrics done yet)

All done for the next 10 years...

Now more then ever..."and Miles to go before I sleep and miles to go before I sleep"
