Hi everyone,

I printed the forms needed for Adjustment of Status. I keep hearing that there should be a bar code in the form. The forms I printed out from the USCIS website didn't have bar codes. How can I get a form with the barcode

we chose to hand write all our forms....U.S.C.I.S. forms by mail.....will receive about 7 days after ordering.

6/24/2015-Rec`d Green Card via U.S.P.S.
