Hi,

I just need to ask question about I 864 Affidavit of support, I am us citzen and apply for my parents, their case is approved and currently at NVC. Question is that I don't work or have any income, can I use my spouse income? What form do i have to fill out? Do i need I 864 from me, can we fill out one together and use my spouse income? Which I864 we both have to fill out? One together or separate? We filled last three year taxes together married filling together. Please help us..........
