I going to the Philippines in May and would like to take my wife to Thailand for a vacation. Am I going to have any issues with immigration?

Her name wasn't changed, but we have NSO marriage certificate. We are currently waiting for NVC on a spouse visa.

As long as she follows the rules as a PI citizen for any travel to a foriegn country as a tourist, she will have no issues. From reading the forums here on VJ, it sounds like the CFO is required for PI citizens that are immigrating to a foreign country--i.e. like to the US when she gets her CR-1 visa. If she needs a tourist visa to visit Thailand, she will have to get that.

P. S. if she wants the GC to be in her married name, she should get a new passport NOW with her married name as the GC is issued to match the name on the visa and the name on the visa matches the name in the passport it is attached to.

I do not think it will be problem. Have you check with the NVC lately on your visa your scan date was before my. I had my case complete Friday.If you had not call them you should or go to IV application portal and log in and see if there is a change on the AOS from paid to NA that is a clue as in most cases if that happens your case is complete.
