I will appreciate any information that i can get. I have my interview for next month and i was wondering if anyone can advice me on this. I submitted my application october last year using joint sponsors current income which was set to be 24k at the end of the year. In fedbury joint sponsor filed her taxes and ended up grossing 28k. The interview notice said to take tax return unless already submited. So my question now is, do i ask my joint sponsor for the tax return she just filed and take it to the interview or should i not since uscis has already calculate my joint sponsors income using her paystub i submitted along with my application? Pls i will like to get positive answers as i am trying to put together every papers that they ask to bring along to the interview. Thanks

Take both. You two obviously used last years because that was accurate at the time so they will want to see that. But take the new one, they probably won't ask for it or wonder about it, but it's more than the previous one so it can do nothing but help. Don't over think the situation.

I agree, take both. We submitted our 2013 taxes when we filed and brought our 2014 taxes with us to the interview. The interviewer did ask for updated information, and took the new taxes.

Good Luck!
