We went for our D.O.R.A interview on the 23rd of January. We have not gotten anything from them yet not even a receipt. During our interview the guy took my I-94 and said I won't be needing it anymore that my case my approved. We have been married for a little over five years. He said if the name check went well we get a 10 year green card. He also said we get an NOA in a week or so but nothing came in the mail and it has been 3 weeks. What must we do?

Sounds like you're approved pending a name check? If that's the case maybe the name check isn't done yet. At any rate, maybe making an Infopass appointment might be a good idea. Maybe they can tell you what's going on. Best of luck! :)
