It's 5 mb for each email

I thought it applies to the attachment only. I'm worried that NVC will not receive my husband I864 and docs from co-sponsor again. We got a checklist for that last Monday. It sucks big time.

Question about EP processing: How many MB you can put in one email? Is it 5MB or below 5MB for each attachments.

I'm only commenting on my experience here so I don't know if I just got lucky or what but when I sent my documents to the NVC I put EVERYTHING in one email. Each attachment was under 5 MB but total the email was just over 11 MB!! I didn't have any problems!

So I give them the 1040 don't I still would need 2013 tax transcript

The attachments can't be bigger than 5 MB

At my interview they only asked to see 2014 stuff. They kept his 1040.

You have to put your case number on each email and attachment you send

Yes I did put my case number on every page of the attachments I sent. That's why very upset of this checklist.

Thank you.

That's why I had to send 3 separate emails last month and they give us a checklist because they couldn't find some of the documents.

what exact was the checklist for?

when we sent our packages we used 2 different emails (mine for the iv pkg and his for the AOS pkg) and he sent in 4 different emails....since we weren't going to misinterpret the 5MB max per email or attachment bit. we survived without a checklist but within a week of sending received an email stating "one or more emails are password protected, resend" which we did the next day.

i'm surprised they mislocated some of your docs...send those in asap. good luck.

They couldn't find my husband's I-864 and the co-sponsors documents. This time I am sending them twice just to be sure.

5MB for each attachment. I think gmail has a max of 25MB per email, and we came pretty close to that.
