hahaha...well it's either that or marking and ya...I definitely don't feel like doing that! This is totally out there but I just remembered reading that some people had posted about how the CEAC website was having issues (with paying fees and filling out the online forms) and when you go to the login homepage it says they are aware they are having problems. Any chance that it is just a glitch with the system? How do people get notified when their visa has been shipped? Email??

I thought the glitch was with the IV application form system. Who knows… and yeah, someone who already got this (sigh) should answer, but I was under the impression you get an email once the via is shipped via courier.

Remember that man we met at the interview? The one who said his CO told him it will be one month for this visa? I got told week and a half, you got told two weeks. Who the heck knows with this stuff.

I seriously feel like I'm back at the NVC constantly checking to see if I've been approved! Ohh that man haha...so unprepared he was!! LOL Maybe he was right though :s

I refuse to believe he was right!!! People have been getting theirs fairly quickly here, so suddenly it got that slow? I know… sigh… I was SO SO relieved after the interview, and now all that disappeared and I have the same knot in my stomach I had before it.

So...I think you both need to take a deep breath :)

You were approved, everything is good. Even if it takes a few days extra you're both pretty much there.

So breath :)

Everyone here has been such a big help to me. So just trying to help where I can! But I know it must be hard to be this close and still be waiting. This process seems like it is one big wait with moments of sheer panic, right until the end! Haha

But I am sure it won't be long for you all now!

Nope it still hasn't changed! It's official, I'm back at the NVC. I know that it will get issued, but will it be before the wedding in Ohio that I'm in in 2 weeks or the trip to the Dominican that is already paid for the week after? Who knows how long it will sit on someone's desk. Be glad that you are good to go and not feeling this pressure again. It just would have been nice for one thing to go as planned.
