Can someone who has had a supervisor review completed say what the outcome of the review is supposed to look like?

What I mean is, suppose the review is regarding some document in a checklist. If the review outcome is good, I would guess that the case gets completed. But if the review outcome is bad and the NVC is still not satisfied with the document, then does supervisor who did the review give a detailed explanation of what is wrong with the document, or does the NVC just leave us wondering again??????

Hi, I didnt receive any response from the supervisor but my case progresses as it should be after the 3rd supervisor.

how long total did your supervisor review take? We are under supervisor review for a marraige certificate they say they didn't get when i know for a fact we did send it. They literally make this whole process ridiculous.

Wow, that really sucks.

We finally got an email from the NVC with the supposed checklist - 2 weeks after i was told on the phone about it.

They really do have no idea what they are doing.

On the phone again as i type this and will ask to speak to a supervisor - hope I won't get dismissed again.

I-130 NOA1 : 2014-11-12

I-130 Approved : 2015-03-26

NVC Received : 2015-04-14

Submit DS-261 : 2015-04-23

Receive IV Bill : 2015-05-01

Pay IV Bill : 2015-06-10

Send IV Package : 2015-05-15

Completed DS-260: 2015-06-11

Receive Instruction and Interview appointment letter :2015-08-27

Expect 60 days for supervisor review. I was in the same boat. I got a checklist for a document i did send. When you call , they will tell you expect 42 days fir supervisor review when in fact it takes longer than 42 days. I was under supervisor review from April 24 th, until june 25 th. Make sure you sent whatever they ask before supervisor gets to your case, that's what i did. Otherwise you will be disappointed again. Just FYI

The supervisor apparently already has my case - it's waiting to be "reviewed". I am so frustrated at this whole experience because you literally go through everything with a fine tooth comb and they mess it up.

Thank you for the message lol. Sort of makes me feel a bit better that others are also feeling our pain or have felt it. You can literally call and speak to 6 different people in the same day and they will ALL tell you something different.

Well that's a good sign. At least the supervisor has your case. I feel your pain. NVC is the worst government agency i have ever seen. Good luck
