If Texas is this slow to process K-1 visas maybe they need to shut down Texas or hire more people. It's ridiculous the time differences. I called USCIS today and they said it could be another 4 months from now before they look at it. I've called my congressman hopefully that will help. Waiting is the worst!

Back in March when the transfer was announced (which didn't affect K1 petitions) and they started routing to CSC instead of TSC, I saw a post that said TSC was in the process of hiring new adjudicators but that they would need training so it wouldn't immediately speed up processing times. However, I can't find where I saw this, and I haven't heard anything to corroborate this in the months since, so I'm not sure if it's actually happening. Does anyone else know?

Things seem to be improving, I doubt that it will be another 4 months from now, the people who work at call center don't really have any real information. If we keep looking at the trends for the files that are coming out now it seems to be improving? Anyone else notice this?

I have seen the pace of processing 129F Pick up. My count from VJ Data

Month VJ NOA2

March 152

April 158

May 180

June 193

The pace seems to have picked up. From VJ Data there are roughly 200 applications for Nov and Dec. Slightly less for Jan and Feb. Past totals 250 for October and 271 for September.

I feel we will see a lot of January applications processed in the 4 weeks, after that March will start creeping in around mid August through October.

Good Luck to all. Lets hope Texas keeps the pace or speeds up.

This is my 1st Posting. From Igor's List - 129F K1 Filers to the TSC only (as of 7-10-15)

(above 140 days)

NOA1 | VJ Posted | NOA2 >140 Days | % of Total Postings | Avg. NOA1-NOA2 |

Aug 2014 | 213 | 122 | 57% | 204 days |

Sept 2014 | 270 | 146 | 54% | 217 days |

Oct 2014 | 251 | 131 | 52% | 215 days |

Nov 201 | 202 | 90 | 45% | 193 days |

Dec 2014 | 202 | 78 | 39% | 177 days |

Jan 2015 | 193 | 24 | 12% | 164 days |

Feb 2015 | 187 | 3 | 2% | 144 days |

Of course, as more NOA2's are added, the numbers will change a bit.

Only a small amount of change for August NOA1's, and a bit more for the newer NOA1's.

I think that March 2015 NOA1's can anticipate 150 to 160 day wait for their NOA2.

We are a March 7 NOA1, and by the averages we are anticipating our NOA2 on or about August 14.

Worrying or whining about the delay will not speed up the NOA2. so we are trimming every other

day possible with preparation, prayer and patience.

Have you filtered that to be only TSC? I don't think I've seen anyone at TSC be approved with NOA1 date in March, but I could be wrong? If that's correct data for just TSC, that's great news!

Yes, the data I used is lifted from a TSC only filtered list.

http://www.visajourney.com/timeline/monthly_filers.php?form=1&visa=1&scenter=3&option=3&sortby=2

I think that's the issue we run into when people don't know the difference between the Texas service center and the lockbox. I wish VJ would take our suggestions and fix that issue but I'm sure a mass change would cause a big issue. As much as I would love to believe there are NOA2's for some March filers, it's probably just a incorrectly assigned service center. Edited by FN&KO
