Are you guys able to check your case status via the USCIS website? I continue to get this message everytime:

Validation Error(s)

You must correct the following error(s) before proceeding:

At this time USCIS cannot provide you with information for your case. Please contact the NCSC 1 (800) 375-5283 for added information.

Just wondering if any March filers can do so.

Thanks

Gary

Gary I've been able to check mine without getting the error message. Have you been able to get in? Also did you get the NOA2 yet?

Tom, your numbers have been one of the things that have kept me sane during this process, please keep posting them

Hey from your timeline it looks like you filed 2/24 and there has been no progress since then.....Have you received your NOA2 yet?

still hear nothing from them.

just read another post about people in CSC got approved within a month.

that kind of post makes me so angry :(

why we sent it out so fast. should have waited one more week...

been watching timeline too.

i notice its slowing down?

not much approval recently

Hi I'm wondering if you received your NOA2 yet. You've been waiting a long time

237 days today

that's over 64% of 2015 waiting at TSC

This is really really soul depleting.

Hang in there, Jess and others. I can't believe TSC has been this slow and it's not right with how USCIS has been treating your cases. It's hard to wait when you have no idea when your case will see action. I know you are having a hard time being optimistic, because by now, the excitement of starting this process has turned to bitterness over the delay.

Keep in mind that although your year has been mostly devoted to waiting for the NOA2, you are closer now than ever before. I hope you hear from the USCIS so soon. What if you are 92% done with waiting for the NOA2?

Can you say how you know that the case before yours has an RFE? How are you finding that information?

Go to the USCIS page for case status checks:

https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/landing.do

type in the case numbers surrounding yours. If your number is XXX5321523 then change the last number to a 1, 2, 4, 5... make sure that it says it's for an I-129f form and you can see the case numbers around yours and when they've been approved, denied, or an RFE sent.

Ok I'm still completely baffled. Here are the cases before and after mine. we are #115

111 RFE sent 10/21 (that's 20 days ago)

112 (no action-also a 3/17 case like ours)

113 RFE sent 10/30 (that's 12 days ago)

114 RFE sent 10/29 (that's 13 days ago)

115 THIS IS US-no action-the same message that it was rec'd on 3/17

116 RFE sent 10/27 (that's 15 days ago)

117 RFE sent 10/26 (that's 14 days ago)

118 sent to DOS 10/5

119 RFE sent 10/26 (that's 14 days ago)

120 sent to DOS 10/30 (10 days ago)

121 RFE 10/29 (11 days ago)

122 RFE 10/26 (14 days ago)

123 RFE 10/21 (19 days ago)

124 not a fiance case

125 not a fiance case

126 sent to DOS on Nov 5 (4 days ago)

127 RFE sent Nov 3

128 sent to DOS SEPT 3 (5 weeks ago!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)

129 sent to DOS 10/23

130 RFE 10/26 (14 days ago)

so once again with the exeption of one other case (112) ALL the other cases but ours have been started. Some cases (well after us) had action 5 weeks ago!!! What could they possibly be doing?

Yes I've called my lawyer (was told they will answer us in 1- 2 months) .... yes I've called my Senator (was told they will send a request)

I'm completely baffled what they could possibly be doing with our case. Could it be lost?

If all those are near you and being adjudicated, you should be soon! Have you contacted your senators?

Keep in mind that petitions are also not adjudicated in order. We're assuming someone must have a batch of them on their desk... so #110 could be on someone's desk and #111 could be on someone else's... both of which could process cases at a different speed. Just keep holding on!
