Hi everyone,

Im confused because my timeline says my I129F may be adjudicated between September 11, 2015 and November 11, 2015*.

What does that mean? is it the time to get NOA2? March 17 was my NOA1. thanks alot! :)

Congrats!! I am so happy for you guys :)

The estimated dates of adjudication is an automated algorithm that factors in when your NOA1 was, how many days you have been waiting, the weekly rate of adjudication at TSC, (which can vary from only 5 to 300) and how many files still remain trailing in the wake of TSC's impossible inefficiency. That number will change weekly.

Watching or even noticing it can only cause frustration and anguish. The dates will yo-yo closer one week, and farther away the next week.

Imagine a prisoner in a prison cell, reaching through the bars towards the key to the cell door. That key is dangling on a string from the end of a cane-fishing pole . . . just out of reach. A TSC Tier-2 Customer Service Representative is holding the pole, and keeping the key juuuuuuuuust out of reach of the desperately outstretched hand of the prisoner locked away in the cell. Every time the prisoner's arm begins to drop in despair, the key will slowly lower until it is almost within reach, and the prisoner will lunge against the bars, and strain once again to reach it ... but will never succeed.

It's Sadistic.

I watched not only my case file and 'Possible Adjudication Dates', but also many others. Those dates blow around like dry leaves on a blustery fall day.... I know of people who received their approval, and on that very day, their 'Possible Adjudication Dates' were already a month passed! While others still showed many weeks of waiting still ahead.

THOSE DATES ARE WORTHLESS.

PLEASE DO YOURSELF A HUGE FAVOR AND NEVER LOOK AT THEM.

Absolutely no measure of hope and no prognostication of processing status can be found in those ridiculously fluctuating dates.

We got our NOA2 last night!! I can't believe it! Our NOA1 was March 19 and I had to check the case number multiple times before I could believe my eyes. I am in tears, this is such a huge relief!

I sincerely hope that for ALL that you will get your notifications soon! I know it is a cruel process at TSC but I believe that things there are finally speeding up again and you too will be out of there soon!

Weird thing had happened to our NOA1 date after I reached out to my senators for assistance. Think some of you got the same problem. Our hard copy has a different date compare to the case checker. Our hard copy states 3/13 and online or when I called TSC, they stated 3/18. I had to provide the senators office with the privacy release and copy of our NOA1. Been over two weeks since the first office emailed TSC. I called them yesterday and they told me TSC haven't reply. They will do a follow up email on our behalf. The second one called TSC on Monday and asked me to call for an update on Friday morning. I check our case everyday, but when i check today, our case have a 3/13 instead of 3/18. I know it's just a 5 days different, but at least they made a changed and hoping it's a good sign. I would advised whomever haven't contacted their senators to do so. Might help your case.

I had same issue with date. It is done intentionally and i asked for it to be fixed and they never did. TSC can only accept another inquiry after 30 business days have passed from first inquiry.

We were just approved last night after 4 inquiries. Please, please do not pay attention to Igor's fluctuating times- that made me neurotic. USCIS laughs at VJ stories and congressional offices do the same as VJ is a self reporting site. They pay it no mind, believe me if found out the hard way.

Please PM me if i can share more of what i did with you.

And, most importantly, hang in there....we are still in TOTAL SHOCK that we were approved on day # 226.
