Yes, I believe Immifairy pulls directly from the USCIS database. So what you see on this site is only a small portion of what is actually going on. The data they provide is quite interesting. It is also nice to just see that things are moving...even at a slow pace...

The data on VJ is only data the we as petitioners provide. So, it is not predictable nor should we rely on it. Thousands of other petitions are out there that are not members of VJ.

As a self reporting website, VJ is considered a joke and laughed off by USCIS. From what i understand about Immifairy is that it is data mining and petitions are numerical.

Do you mean TSC March filers? There are CSC March filers that have Interviewed, Ported, Married, Status Changed, and are expecting their first child already....

Omg!!! I must be dreaming... I can't believe I just received notification of approval.

I had to check my receipt# like 3xs. Praise God!!

I'll be praying for everyone to escape the TSC black hole.

i just got a notification on my phone from the USCIS app (android version). it listed my case # at the top but when i opened the app it doesn't show any update. it has never beeped or notified me before. i'm upset because there is no way of knowing what the notification said aside from it had my case number listed and then the rest was hidden. i'm not sure what this means but i am hoping for the best.

Check the website... You were probably approved.

hi. yes i've been checking the website as well as my iphone app and android app but it isn't showing any sort of update. the other thing is that my fiance has the same app on her android and she didn't receive any sort of notification so i'm not sure what to make of it all.

12/01/2015: NOA2 Received

01/04/2016: NVC Received

01/06/2016: NVC Case# Assigned

01/13/2016: Medical

01/22/2016: Consulate Received

02/25/2016: Packet 3 Received

03/10/2016: Interview - Approved!

03/18/2016: Visa in hand

04/03/2016: US Entry (POE)

Hi everyone,

Im confused because my timeline says my I129F may be adjudicated between September 11, 2015 and November 11, 2015*.

What does that mean? is it the time to get NOA2? March 17 was my NOA1. thanks alot! :)


March 4 filer here... recieved NOA2 this very minute.. :joy:

We got our NOA2 last night!! I can't believe it! Our NOA1 was March 19 and I had to check the case number multiple times before I could believe my eyes. I am in tears, this is such a huge relief!

I sincerely hope that for ALL that you will get your notifications soon! I know it is a cruel process at TSC but I believe that things there are finally speeding up again and you too will be out of there soon!

MZ I also got a notification on my phone from Case Buddy iphone version. What I noticed is that they changed the date received in the system. On my paper NOA1 it was 3/17 but in the computer system it was 3/26. I know others have had this glitch happen to them too. It looks like my update was that they fixed it. Did you have this similar glitch? Hopefully it means they are at least looking at my case. Cheers!
