I think other people have had the same experience but I don't remember who. Some others were told by their reps that 6 months is too long, and it will be looked into.

Some people think that USCIS is purposely not updating the processing dates on their page so that it always appears to be within the "official" time frame. I don't understand how TSC, who hasn't received ANY new cases since March can still be backlogged. What are they doing there? We are just over 7 months now (217 days) That's 7 times as long as CSC.

I am beyond depressed and exhausted by all of this.

I am with you... this is day #225 for us and frankly i am getting burnt the hell out. Being at TSC this long with no action and seeing all latter filers approved and some interviewed is like salt in an open wound. They do not know how lucky they are. I just found out on of my senators filed another inquiry on 10/15. Per tier 2 officer last week, we only have until 11/2 to be adjudicated.... we will see how they play that card.... Many late March approvals yesterday.

Several March 18 and 24 filers were approved last night.

I saw that. And just now I read a timeline in which in less than one year they met online, got engaged, applied and were approved for the visa. They have only known each other in person for 9 months-and they are done. The same amt of time we are waiting just to have someone read our application.

My head wants to explode. We've been in this for YEARS.

Sounds like they're going backwards for processing from end of March up to beginning of month lol. Any of March 3ers waiting? Looked on immifairy and it seems about 36 March 3 cases left....

Can you say more about what you're seeing on immifairy? Does it give total approved vs total waiting for each day?

I know here someone is waiting since March 9.

Yes, I believe Immifairy pulls directly from the USCIS database. So what you see on this site is only a small portion of what is actually going on. The data they provide is quite interesting. It is also nice to just see that things are moving...even at a slow pace...
