Hello every one, i think they are transfering New TSC cases because i saw people from New York that are routed or transfered to CSC

To the extent of my knowledge, this has been the case since the end of March. I don't presently foresee TSC taking up I-129Fs for a while once they're finished with their backlog, if they have any common sense whatsoever. CSC is far too efficient to make sending anybody back to TSC for this particular form a rational decision.

It is very unfair process even though they say the cases are processed in the order in which they were received . My application hasn't touched since NOA1 March 3rd. TSC now are mainly processing August and September applications? I don't see many approved March applications per visa journey website nowadays. It is very unfair and painful process. Every time we call, they don't give us useful information. Seven months left untouched.....what can we do?

I wish I had the answer to your question. They're not responding to us and didn't respond to my Senator's representative.

I was hoping they would at least tell us why they slowed down the pace of processing our applications.

I guess the only answer is WAIT. ?

Yea I put in a request last week to my Representative... so hopefully I hear something back. I would assume that those August and September applications are people that were transferred to CSC and miss tabbed theirs as still in Texas. I want to know though why on this site the TSC now says processing May 1, 2015 and my timeline says I should be approved by July, 20, 2015 lol. Is something wrong with the site here?

The data on this site is only good as long as people correctly enter their info. Because there are a lot of CSC filers putting in TSC as their service center, it 'pollutes' the data and makes the estimates rather useless. :/

I really think that the VJ admins should consider changing the forms so that members have to enter the first 3 letters of their uscis case number (WAC for California, SRC for Texas) in their timeline instead of picking a service center. This simple change would eliminate this problem and I believe it's been suggested many times, but it's never been done.

I believe the dates of the petitions on VJ. Who else would want to make a fake account. USCIS does not recognize VJ because it is a non-governmental website and it is self reported. Believe me, i send my senator's immigration staff a screen shot everyday and specifically point out petitions that were filed and got both NOA's in September.

USCIS wont transfer existing files at TSC due to fear of losing papers....more BS for us to swallow.

I don't think people are making fake accounts to mess with the numbers. I think there is an issue that has been discussed in many of the TSC threads, that a lot of people no matter what service center they end up at, think they are in Texas because that is where the lock box you send you package to is located. Hence, when they create their timeline they put TSC as their service center when they are actually being processed at CSC.

Let me clarify: When speaking with USCIS and telling them of all these cases approved in the last few months, she acted as though they could care less because to USCIS VJ is not something they are concerned with nor care about. They say that they cannot speak of "those" cases.

This site is real for us. Not for them. They regurgitate the same vomit call after call after call. That is why i stopped calling last week.

Up to late August, I have seen five to seven January or February applications got approved daily per website. After that they got slow down and lately we see one or two February or March applications got approved per day. Why did they get slow down that much? F they continue this pace , it will take several more months!!!

I just got an update from USCIS and I felt a strike of panic--what update could possibly come at midnight? Turns out it was letting us know our petition has been sent to the Department of State. Seeing that made me realize how unprepared I've become in staying ahead of the game--grad school in math has taken up all my time, but thankfully fall break starts tomorrow night. Other than the guides and FAQs, are there threads on the forum of particular interest in preparing for the next step of the journey? Especially for couples working through the Mexican consulate?

Let me clarify: When speaking with USCIS and telling them of all these cases approved in the last few months, she acted as though they could care less because to USCIS VJ is not something they are concerned with nor care about. They say that they cannot speak of "those" cases.

This site is real for us. Not for them. They regurgitate the same vomit call after call after call. That is why i stopped calling last week.

It's perfectly understandable that USCIS can't acknowledge the cases spoken about here, because for any number of political and common sense reasons, it's irrational for them to do so. However, as others have pointed out, the VJ data is not without errors, and it's only a small sample of the larger number of cases USCIS is working on, and we have no reason to conclude it's a representative sample either (it very well might be, but we have no way to show this).

In any case, trying to point out other approvals on VJ is probably not the best approach while talking with anybody, whether a member of Congress or VJ; rather, it's better to highlight the extreme number of people waiting for extreme amounts of time, and hoping some sly but sincere wording might strike some heartstrings and play a tune that gets them to care, or at least acknowledge, what we're all going through.

Also, for all those who just hit or passed Day 200, 210, etc...our petition was approved on Day 205, so I certainly understand your pain. To be honest, I don't think I realized how much continual stress I was under not knowing anything, stress that I've not felt nearly as strongly since we were approved. Your day is coming. Until then, the best thing you can do is either take the time to focus on mindfulness and accepting the situation for what it is, or putting your stress into contacting representatives and senators to try to put pressure on the USCIS to ask--especially contact newly elected members of Congress, as they stand the most to gain from helping constituents--or do both. Take action, but also take solace in the fact that your days of waiting are numbered, and rather than staring off into an unknown future, focus on all the wonderful things you have right now--something worth fighting for, someone worth fighting for.

It's much easier said than done, but it is possible, and it'll help ease the burden until all of us have been approved.

So, You've FINALLY been paroled from TSC. . . WHAT NEXT?!?!?!

Here is what I did. Please feel free to absorb and apply as you see fit.

1.) the average number of days it takes for a file to arrive at NVC after you have been informed that your file was sent there is 3 to 5 Days. Begin calling on day 3. The best time to get thru is after 6pm (eastern) on weeknights. They remain staffed until 10pm (eastern). The number is (603)-334-0700. Dial the numbers and listen for a voice. If you hear a voice, it WILL be telling you that the lines are busy. (this is a recording... )

Hang up when you hear a voice, and hit redial. It takes 10 to 30 redials to get into the loop, but you can do that in less than 5 minutes. When you het into the loop, you will need to push 3 numbers.

1 for English. . . . 7 to ask a question . . . . (the recording will tell you that you can check the website. . etc. etc...) and it will then tell you that if you still wish to speak to a CSR (customer Service Representative) hit 1.

Special Note: when you first get into the loop, you can hit 1 (wait 1 second) 7 (wait 1 second) 1.

There is no need to listen to the spiel in between numbers.

You will be told that the wait time to speak top a CSR is approximately 20 minutes.

NOT.

It always says that, and it could be 3 minutes or an hour.

At this time, put your phone on speaker and go back to what you were doing. REALLY ANNOYING on hold music will play in a loop. Keep one ear on it while you busy yourself doing something else to pass the time. When a CSR is ready to speak, you will hear their phone ring. That is your cue to pick up your phone and take it off speaker, so that they can hear you clearly. They will ask you for your case number. The number to give them is the USCIS number that you have been monitoring for the past many months. If you don't have it memorized yet. . . . . (sigh)

Mine was SRC1590222846 (for example) . . .

When you tell them your number they will put it into their system query. Likely, on your first call, they will say that your file is not there yet, and then tell you it can take many weeks to arrive. Politely tell them that you have been monitoring other friend's case files and reports, and know that it takes 3 to 5 days. They will understand. If your file isn't there, thank them and tell them cheerfully that you will call again tomorrow. The mail only runs once per day, so multiple calls in a single day will only irritate them. Call after 6pm. If your file will arrive that day it will be there.

Call the next day.

When you give them your case file and they ask for additional information, it means that your file has arrived.

You then must tell them the petitioner's full name (that's yours) and birthdate, and the beneficiary's full name and birthdate. This is their security check, so know this information before you call.

They will then tell you your Case File Number if it has been assigned. Sometimes it takes several days to have a case file assigned, sometimes it is assigned the same day.

Your case number will have a 3-letter Prefix relative to your Beneficiary's Embassy City, followed by 2015, then a 3-digit number and then another three-digit number. The last three numbers are what number of case files were assigned that day.

For Example: My case file was the 12th assigned that day for SEOUL Korea, so my number was

SEO2015764012

This number will stay with your file for the rest of this Journey. Write it down.

Next up, I will explain how you can track it from NVC to your Embassy.

Tom I think you should run for President!! Very very helpful post thanks so much.

DSLDESCH thanks for the update and the Zen-like advice! And thanks for your earlier post about contacting Reps. We are over 200 days. It's probably time to contact my Rep, but some days I just can't think about it. I'm well aware of the stress and what it has done to my health. It seems it will never end.

Sometimes I think it would be healthier to just move to another country and forget the visa.
