Useless information, they just discuss forms revision.

Yea that was a joke.

Seriously? I'm so sorry to hear that. It's beyond frustrating....

Could our K1s be delayed in the TSC because of the 20,000 Syrians that are coming here???

Of course, but wouldn't the same delay hit the other service centers? I wouldn't be surprised as the president's immigration agenda supersedes the fact that March is now six months in the rear-view mirror.

Yea that was a joke.

This is, sadly, no surprise, but I'm grateful nonetheless for those who took to the phones and reported back to us. Thank you.

It's possible, but I don't know if there's any true way of knowing. They were saying DACA was a cause of this same delay, so I wouldn't be surprised if someone, somewhere will assert anything as a cause of TSC's poor efficiency.

Hi everyone, I am another quiet reader of this thread. My fiancé and I have decided to become more active in trying to get tsc to finally review our case. I really wanted to thank the people here that posted their correspondence with senators!

I emailed 2 senators last week and unfortunately no reply

From the posted suggestions by RMS171 and others, emailing Senators is a good thing, but has a 2 to 3 Week turnaround time. It has been suggested to email AND Call Daily for best results.

Like the other petitioners say, CALL!! I called my senator's office and she emaile me a release i needed to fill out and sign and email back along with a scanned copy of NOA1. The inquiry was sent as soon as she received my documents via email. It took under 30 minutes.t

I dislike emailing with issues like getting the inquiry. Since reply from TSC to Senator Warren's office, i am emailing immigration department daily asking what and why can't they do something for our petition. Today is day #205.

Call, call, call, right T and ?

My fiancé just called the myUSCIS number, the person who took our call told us that we should call back on october 22nd for additional information on what's going on at tsc, before then they couldn't do anything. No idea where she got that date from, it is in no relation to our case's received/noa1 date. Just basically exactly three weeks from now. I think they probably tell everyone to not call back before whatever date is in three weeks. It sounds specific but has no other reason than to stop people from calling frequently <_<

I came by my senator local office to drop off the privacy release form that they sent me on Monday. They said I needed to file it out and signed it before they could do an inquiry on my behalf. I also included a letter to senator Lankford with all the data that I collected since March, showing the differences in processing time between TSC and CSC. I have been printing out all the processing updates on the USCIS website. Including the March 27th workload transfer. One of the staff member states that they will contact me within a week with an update. I am also planning to visit my other senator local office next week with the same documents.
