Hi,

If you are referring to the daily Immifairy report, I did not see it posted. There was activity at the USCIS as my case status updated this afternoon on the site. As to your second question, I was approved a few days ago. My receipt is from the sequence SRC159024.

did anybody receive today's report? or did anyone got approved from src159024 batch ?

i'm in the same batch as you. i didn't check to see if there is a report yet. my fiancee is signed up for it and she showed me an e-mail from immifairy this morning that said since there hasn't been a lot of activity lately that they are going to run a report around 1pm EST instead of the usual 9am EST and see if any further activity has happened.

edit: update: haven't seen anything posted either. i guess the re-running of the report was for 9/11 yesterday. i am assuming they don't work weekends and if they do the cases aren't updated until monday.

actually i used to see a report on Saturday for Friday's activity. Yesterday's report reflects the result of Thursday ... and as per rms171 , he said that there was some activity on USCIS regarding his case . that's weird.

Tom is 100% correct. Immifairy tagged my file as 3/23, but the real NOA1 date was 3/17. This had something to do with the maintenance issues the USCIS had on its site where case updates just disappeared for over a month. I called the USCIS and elevated my question on NOA1 date to a tier 2 officer. She assured me (annoyed though) that the receipt date on the I-797C is the NOA1.

That is what i was told many, many times. I put in a service request to have it reflect on the uscis website. We'll see what happens.

Me again: Our NOA1 is dated March 3rd. Online is says March 17th. I do not understand why this has happened to so many people's petitions.

My I-129F was received March 3. Any March 3ers still waiting? I'm very nervous I hope they didn't lose our files! My fiancée keeps wondering when we will have an update. I'm really hoping by next week we hear some news.

I am keeping a close count. March 3rd had 99 files, and so far only 37 are approved. So, there are some left yet...

As Tom has pointed out, there were a number of March 3rd filers...our "Notice Date" was 3/5, but it was received on March 3, so I suspect we're one of those 62 petitioners still waiting for a response. Today's day 192, whatever it's worth.

If you have an iPhone there is a free app called Case Tracker. Search under USCIS. In this app there is a search tab where you can enter a receipt number followed by the number of receipts thereafter you want to see up to 500 lines. This will tell you the status of every receipt on or around yours. If it says Approved you have a NOA2, if it says N/A processing next to a receipt number that means the receipt is in transit to the DOS. This can help those wanting to know how other applicants in their numerical range are progressing.

I am using an android, and I have this USCIS case status checker app, it notified me a few minutes ago that my case has an update but it showed blank. I went to USCIS website and its blank as well. Ugh. I hope, I really hope our case has been updated... NOA2!

BTW, march 3 NOA1 here. Our case was received February 26, and the last update on our case was March 2.

It looks likely possible that USCIS has experienced a server crash. Two days of zero repoprts from Immifairy. Then when I checked my Case Buddy App last night, even files that had been Approved and Sent to Department of State Zeroed out and went blank. As of this morning, No Server connection can be established.

You can sense the panic of petitioners across the Nation . . . .
