I-129F Filers, March 2015 NOA1 date! TSC only!

I have Case Buddy, with 14 files loaded into it. I check it a couple of dozen times every hour, 38 hours a day, 9 days a week.

The same 14 files are loaded into the USCIS Case Status page, with the settings to update my by phone text and email.

I will report back here after I Receive my I-797C (NOA2) notice and give the lead-time or lag-time of the Case Buddy and Case Status page.

Case Buddy chimed in at about 10pm. Case Status page was supposed to send a mobile and an Email notification, but was 2 hours behind case buddy.

Hoping that our March 2015 NOA2 friends are still reading.

Would those approved tell me if their I797 NOA1 (hard copy) agreed to the date you may have seen on the USCIS website? Mine does not. My hard copy says 3/17, the website at first said 3/17 (something I printed out shortly after 3/17), but now the website says 3/23. I spoke to an agent this morning who said his system says 3/17, and I asked why on USCIS.com I have a receipt that says 3/23 and in case history it says 3/17? He said that its not uncommon for that to happen, something after I hung up with him made no sense to me. Thus, my question if others experienced conflicts like I'm referring to above.

As my analytics guru pointed out (you know who you are) my sequencing number (the first 9 digits) has receipts scattered over a two week period, while normally a sequencing runs a few consecutive days before the last four digits are exhausted and a new sequence is started.

Any help would be appreciated as I'm a mess. If it makes sense to post this on the larger forum as maybe someone else knows, please chime in as I'm a nervous wreck right now thinking that my file is now in purgatory (in Texas which is already hell) and I'm in line to be one of those 5% of petitions that sits around for months and months before someone finds it and says 'hey looky here, we missed this one.'

My received date was 3/3 and my notice date 3/5. As an immifairy member, I noticed they go by the "received" date. 3/3 was always what was on the USCIS website for me. I also noticed when I "stalked" other cases around my number, there were a few randoms that said for example, "on. April 22nd we received...." Or "on march 17...". This was confusing at first since they were all case numbers around mine. Then when I scrolled down and looked to the left of the page where it said "case history" I noticed it showed the "received" date as 3/3. The other date turned out to be when there was perhaps a change like an address change. Could this be what happened to you? If not, I wouldn't worry to much, just go by your received date. Immifairy was a big help to me... I could see when they started to work on others on my received date.

Our K-1 journey:

3/2/2015- Petition sent Fedex overnight

3/3/2015- Petition received (NOA1 according to USCIS website)

3/5/2015- Paper NOA1 notice date

It makes me so happy to keep seeing sporadic approvals. I know they're not mine yet, and rather randomized so it's hard to get my hopes up, but just seeing the occasional approval of March petitions is encouraging.

However, it pains me there are still those waiting months longer than us, who are still waiting just the same... :(

By the way, we've finally reached Day #180 (I know because since Day #151 I've been posting pictures of Pokemon on my page every day to amuse myself as I pass the time), but it might be Day #182 since our received date (not notice date) was actually March 3... either way, methinks I'm going to call back my senator's office. She was supposed to get an update for me every thirty days, and when #150 rolled around, I heard nothing. So frustrating.

Keep your head up, your approval is coming soon! I have read some of your posts in the past regarding your situation and feel bad for you guys... but your wait is almost over as TSC should be getting to your case soon. Best of luck.

감사합니다 . . .

We were approved last week, but were remaining quiet. When you are among starving people, and you are given food, it is insensitive to eat in front of them.

Too many people that I have come to think of as friends are still hoping and waiting. I am uncomfortable shouting from the mountaintops that I finally achieved that goal, while my friends continue to stew, and wait, and hope, and wait, and stew. . . .. Some are encouraged by hearing that a friend receives good news, others are not. Since I have no way of knowing everyone's personal capacity to endure, I felt that it is more merciful to remain quiet and remain among 'the waiting', and encourage those that I can.
