Any additional approvals for March TSC filers?

Yes, There were a few on Thursday, and a few more on Friday. I am just guessing, but I anticipate maybe 100 +/- this next week for March filers, mostly concentrated on the March 2,3,&4 and 16,17 NOA1 dates. But, as I said, it's only speculation.

Thank you, Tom and SooGyeong... it's encouraging to see March CSC filers getting notices already which means the rest of us should be hearing something soon as well.

What is your REAL NOA1 date?

I have been asked this question by many fellow petitioners, and this is what I learned from my research:

Your Hard Copy I-797C Notice of Action, (known to us as that pesky NOA1) has two separate dates on it.

Received Date (usually the earlier of the two) in the middle of the page, and the

Notice Date (usually the later of the two) on the upper right side.

Most fellow petitioners are confused by the word Notice, and think that it correlates to the 'notice' in NOA1.

According to what I read posted by more than one petitioner, many of whom had spoken to USCIS Customer Service Representatives,

The RECEIVED DATE is your NOA1 date, and the one associated with your SRC1590***** case number.

Hopefully, that will move some of you up a couple of days in the Lineup, even though the way TSC randomly Vacuums up files to Process, the move of a couple of days doesn't really mean much. But knowing the correct number may give a little piece of mind. Or Not. Mostly, it will mean that you have been waiting a few more days than you thought . . .and that is depressing. (Sorry . . .)

(whew) Back to beating my head on a rock .... :bonk:

Do you mean TSC March filers? There are CSC March filers that have Interviewed, Ported, Married, Status Changed, and are expecting their first child already....

I'm optimistic that this will be a good week for March filers as well...and as a 3/3 filer I hope your above mentioned predictions are correct :) Good luck to all!

If your Hard Copy lists a Received Date of February 26, that should be your NOA1 Date.

A way to check is to look at your SRC Case number.

All of the Feb 26 Case numbers that I have seen begin with SRC159021

All of the Mar 3 Case numbers that I have seen begin with SRC159022

Yes, I'm a SRC159022 case number...I haven't seen too many from that number yet (based on Immifairy data) but I'm hoping this week we will see an increase in cases worked on from that batch number, fingers crossed! Come on TSC!

yea it does. Even the online status check indicates Feb 26. Welp,I guess that answers my query.. We are a February filer, Our case number begins with SRC159021...

Thank you so much for that info. Though somehow we consider ourself a March filer to manage expectations. Though its hard to expect anything at TSC. Lol
