I am cheering for you and I am holding my breath at the same time. Seriously, nothing would make me happier than seeing anyone in this exile get their NOA2 already. I'd be happier if it is me, but I am cheering for everybody at this point. Continued strength to all the March 2015 filers at the TSC.

I'll Second that. This drifts into the ridiculous.

 ( maybe if all exiled called TSC twice daily, they would find it cheaper and less frustrating to get more help, rather than deal with the melted phone bank...)

Have they Ben speeding up? Looks like better progress than last week.

Acceleration will naturally happen as there are fewer and fewer 2014 leftover petitions taking a bite out of the Daily Approvals. It's not practical to say a definitive 'Yes' from a single good day, but my gut-feeling is that the trend moves in a faster direction. I think that TSC had a slow start to August because they were training new Adjudication Officers. Hopefully soon, the combination of more eyes looking at files, and fewer 2014 files to see, will translate into 2015 files being processed much faster than before.

162 days waiting.... I've been following visa journey since february, and they always seemed to approve a bunch of petitions at the 5 month or 155-160 day mark. Yet they've barely touched march at all ####### :protest: Maybe we should send them some pizza or flowers to help "motivate" them.

Our K-1 journey:

In case any here cares to know. My records show only 1 NOA2 from TSC in the last 50 days. Likely that one was probably an incorrect CSC.

Immifairy data is just as bare with a big goose egg for the last few weeks.

I am hoping they will jump onto a pile of us in the next few weeks.

Good Luck to all. Hopefully we are in the "4th quarter" of our game with the Black Hole.

i have something to share with you, and maybe this is why we can see some people from late month gets approves earlier than the usual
i am trying to track the same serial number as mine but only change the last number, so for example my last number in the serial number is 203 , so i started from 201, 202 until 209 , and all of them are feb filler and even with the same date as mine, but the wired thing is, the serial with 206 in march filler his date is 16, maybe this is why someone like him could have his approval faster than others because his serial with feb filler, i dont know i just wanted to share that

I just called the USCIS because i sent some papers to go with my file. I was told i could by someone i spoke to earlier. it takes 3 days to get there 400 to 600 miles or more to the right spot. they told me it would take thirty days to put that with my file. now i know why i have Mexicans living in my front yard. i busted out laughing on the phone. lol

Hello fellow March 2015 TSC filers:

Ok, i will admit i am not the happiest guy when i see other petitions being approved before ours specifically if they have applied after our date of March 11, 2015. I am glad for the couples but think it extremely unfair and totally against USCIS's own policy of working on petitions on a 'first come first serve" basis. ne immigration officer told me by 8/12/15 i would receive a letter about status of our application. It never came and as of today nothing. So i did what i thought was the only thing left to do so that myself and my partner JR would not feel so stranded, frustrated, angry, etc.

I have made many, many calls to tier 2 officers and gotten no information from a few and even more information from two of them....go figure... To deal with my frustration and calling on my government to uphold it's own rules and regulations(hahaha, i know..) i called Senator Warren's office Wednesday(8/12/15) to see what i could do to make my concern heard. By the end of the business day on Wednesday a formal request was sent to the TSC (congressional) liason(sp) department. I just read a post from an applicant who lives nearby and he says it only took a few days for a reply for his case....hoping the same for our case.

What my partner and i have done is to put February 2016 in our heads as the time he will either be here or we will receive our NOA2. As of today, we have had no RFE's and i am grateful even though we hired an agency to handle all paperwork that i brought and partner gathered before my arrival in PI. I have heard people getting RFE's after several months and then again none at all. Oddly, one of the tier 2 officers told me(he was very, very kind.) that our petition had been "touched" on June 29th, at 2pm and that it had been "cleared" for approval by an assistant adjudicator and it is now waiting to be assigned to an adjudicating officer. Has anyone ever heard of this? I sure hope it is true! It is the only good news we have heard since NOA1. I have also heard that petitions from the Philippines are expedited.....that is not our experience.

I do hope to hear something soon regarding Senator Warren's office's request. I am sure the service request from USCIS that is on its way to me just states the usual "you are in normal processing time frames". The tier 2 officer that gave us the good news told me that their normal processing time is 6-7 months. The contradictory information is never ending with USCIS. I would like to help in some way going forward to help other couples in our situation. It would be very helpful for USCIS to clarify it's own processing protocol so petitioners will not have to endure the "hell" we are/have been going though. Does anyone have any suggestions?

CatherineA- you rock. My previous username was BrianTroy. Out of frustration i cancelled my account on VJ and VJ's support staff has never worked on the repair ticket they issued last month(sound familiar)??

Thanks everyone!!

Timothy

Many of us here share your pain, and know of the heartache of airport Farewells.

Happiness and sorrows are part of our journey. Have faith. Your day will come soon.

Those of us who have felt those airport partings, We All understand how you feel.

We have been there. You are not Alone. We Cry With You.

Crying is natural. It is our refuge to let excess emotion escape.

So empty your sadness. Let it go. And after the tears have washed your spirit,

Stand Up, Gather Your Courage and Determination, and Prepare. Your Day approaches.
