I found the below post on the January thread. I don't mean to steal 'Clawren86' post. Just wanted to share.

So I called my congressman today, and talked to one of his assistants. I had written him back in May, and been trying to keep in contact with him. Anyway, he told me that in Texas they are actually going through some kind of training seminar for it's employees. I wonder if this is going to slow down approvals while they are doing this. I thought I would pass this information on to everyone else here who have been waiting.

Well, that would explain TSC's 0 approvals yesterday. Did they happen to say how long this much needed training is going to take?"

I would like to comment that.

While trolling the internet last night/this morning (couldn't sleep) I came across a posting by a Houston Law firm that routinely sends it lawyers to TSC open house days, and has a running dialogue with the administrators there. From what they were told, when new adjudicators are hired, their lack of experience causes a HUGE increase in Rejections and REFs to be sent out, and a training seminar is required to bring them more up to speed on how to properly adjudicate a file.

I for one would rather wait a week or two longer for them to learn the system, than suffer the Many-Week-Long delay of a wrongful Rejection or Pointless RFE.

Hey Guys I had a crazy Idea and I know its crazy, has anyone thought about just refiling their petition and letting it go to CSC? if you refile now the file will go to CSC, once you get the receipt that it went there you can recall your TSC petition? I know this is crazy I was just wondering if this is possible at all.

Not a good idea...

You'd actually have to withdraw your petition, wait for it to be officially withdrawn (could take weeks), file another petition- and then hope that there are no issues or screwups with the new petition getting confused with the first one... not to mention trying to explain why this is your second petition for the same person within such a short time period. Trust me, we've probably all thought of this, lol

I see someone posted today on a forum that they were concerned because they were approved too soon (less than a month at the CSC). I can't imagine the utter disappointment I would feel if that happened to me.

I saw someone today complaining about being in administrative processing for one day after having their visa approved. I would be so annoyed at being in that situation right now....

OMG that is infuriating when ImmiFairy is showing most of June CSC filers approved already. I am starting to get seriously depressed...

I felt the same way shortly after the transfer began, in late April when people with NOA1 dates a month after mine were being approved. I realized it wasn't worth my energy to keep up with those at CSC, or my mental well-being. That's why I left the general March filers thread and moved to this one. It's probably best you do the same and just ignore CSC for the time being... Probably, we all only have a month or two until we receive approvals or RFEs, so it's best, I think, to just keep that in mind and look ahead to preparing for the next steps. You know, putting our power where we can make a difference, rather than squandering it on what can only bring us down.
