After many positive reports about ImmiFairy (I~F) here on VJ, I finally Joined yesterday.

(Vwracer1 to those members here with 'Dual-Membership')

I spent several hours trying to sort out the methods to the Madness... Still have a few questions, but like a backlash on an open-faced fishing reel, with patience, it can be unraveled. Trying to extrapolate a NOA2 prediction here, v/s I~F, is like moving from fishing a pond to Deep-Sea Fishing... There is ALOT more data to sift thru. Fun for Some, Perplexing to Others.

However, for each of us, Our Appointed Day will arrive when it arrives. Nothing will accelerate the journey, so worrying about it will only impact your health. You are here, because you found someone special, and you have developed a relationship with them, that you wish to make permanent. SO, focus on that Gift, and Guard it Fiercely. Don't worry about the coming Day... just enjoy the ride.

Be Blessed This Day

Tom and SooGyeong

Thanks for your comment Tom, i've been on immi fairy find it helpful to know a little more of what they are doing. Also the latter part of your statement of why we are here describes to the T how alot of us feel right now. Be Blessed my Brother.

Best of Luck to All

Same here. Filer from the Philippines. Been almost 130 days for us which I am not complaining at all. i feel this process is moving along and hopefully by mid-September I will hear some good news. Good luck to all of you fellow March filers. i am currently in the Philippines now enjoying the last three days with my fiance before i fly back to Louisiana. I will miss her dearly and it has been a magical two weeks. i am tired of telling her goodbye as I know many of you are to your spouses as well. The next time I see her, hopefully it will be the last time we are ever apart. Good luck yo all of you guys. Prayers for a speedy resolution to all of our cases.

Does anyone know why there not that many updates anymore? It seems like a bunch can through on Monday but there are hardly any. Is it just because people are not posting up or is there another slowdown?

I also tried to do an expedite but they denied it. It just works by luck.

At TSC they don't only deal with I129F visas so they will have days where they process more of other types of visas I would imagine.

Ugh, it's so frustrating! Here on Visa Journey last night there were 9 CSC approvals, while TSC had 1. I get the fairy updates so I actually can see how many I-129F's were worked on at TSC yesterday, which unsurprisingly were not many. How is it that with all the new applications at CSC, they still manage to crank them out within a month and TSC is still working at an overall pathetic pace? I have seen some progress at TSC since I joined here, but you would think that with the backlog they would concentrate on and work overtime getting the I129-F's done and out of the way. Also, according to immifairy, Feb had one of the highest application amounts on record, so it may be a while for us yet. Needless to say, I am not feeling too optimistic today.

One of the biggest issues as it relates to delays is that the TSC spends a lot of time sending out RFEs and then having to review them once resubmitted. That amounts to two touches on a file that if sent in correctly the first time would only require one touch. Those that see daily data such as that produced by the Immifairy will notice that the majority of the touches yesterday at the TSC were reviewing evidence resubmitted by petitioners That had to respond to RFEs. This is wasted time that could be invested in new applications. Many people advocate using self help guides to submit petitions, but I'm willing to venture a guess that most RFEs are being issued because of data and format problems in filings. While I'm not advocating use of self help or attorneys, we have to accept that doing it yourself comes with a greater degree of risk then engaging someone who does filings for a living. The numbers speak for themselves. I still think the TSC could do more to catch, but we aren't helping the cause when petitions have issues.

Yea that does make sense them having to realize the rfe issue. I believe tsc was slammed with all the cases since Vermont was messing them up. I don't think we can blame them for be most part for the rfe issue since the petition filed have to be correct for them to accept. I am not feeling to optimistic either. I haven't even seen my fiancé since the time we have gotten engaged. She cannot visit here since she needs a visa and I can't go over there because of no time off at work. I'm stuck just waiting and hopeless.

I might be mistaken, but I was under the impression it was illegal to add case numbes to your account that aren't your own. If I were you, I would remove those extra case numbers and be very cautious of doing so again.

That amounts to two touches on a file that if sent in correctly the first time would only require one touch. Those that see daily data such as that produced by the Immifairy will notice that the majority of the touches yesterday at the TSC were reviewing evidence resubmitted by petitioners That had to respond to RFEs. The numbers speak for themselves. I still think the TSC could do more to catch, but we aren't helping the cause when petitions have issues.

I think there's a fundamental flaw to this line of reasoning: Statistically speaking, there is no reason why petitions at TSC should have more RFEs than those at CSC. While I don't know the exact state-by-state breakdown that's sent to each service center, any subset of 25 states should be reasonably similar to its complement, and unless there are extraneous (and unlikely) factors that distinguish the TSC applicant pool to the CSC applicant pool (such as availability of affordable attorneys, perhaps), I really can't see why TSC would receive more error-laden petititions than CSC. Additionally, and this perhaps may be the stronger evidence against your argument, the entire TSC applicant pool was merged with the CSC pool as of the end of March; if there were a disproportional amount of incorrect petitions being sent from states routed to TSC, there would be an increase of RFEs at CSC that would not only be noticeable, but would have had an impact on their processing times. To the extent of my knowledge (given I don't see daily data), this hasn't happened.

It seems more logical that if there is a difference in percentages of petitions receiving RFEs at the service centers, the fault belongs to the service centers: Either CSC is more lenient and unlikely to send out RFEs, or TSC is stricter and sends out more RFEs (possibly as a way to "touch" more petitions without actually doing the work to process them? This would fall back in line with the belief that it's mismanagement of the service centers causing the processing time discrepancies). If this is the case, then I hope I'm not the only one seeing the injustice in these processing practices: Not only could fraudulent or risky petitions make it through CSC, but applicants at TSC face harsher, unequal standards for approval.

Of course, I don't have enough raw data analysis to prove any of these claims, but I hope I've at least suggested enough possibilities for why your reasoning, which felt a lot like blaming the petitioners to me, doesn't seem to hold up against rational scrutiny.

You are mistaken. No need to scare people. Immigration lawyers, and families with multiple petitions, friends helping those dissect USCIS information, or petitioners curious about RNs in the same batch as their own add multiple case numbers all the time...

I'm so sorry. I didn't keep the cases under my account. No points to do so tho.

Was curious about the number meaning. Also Im not able to pay with credit card to see the report.

I juat can't figure out how come they can access to USCIS date and have an accurate report. They run the number one by one? Or USCIS have huge date base that they can check ?....

Heard there's March approved so I just played around with my own last two number. Added up or the other way. Try to know people next to me or applied around my time if they get anytnjng or not.

Even it's a touch date update or even a ref would mean so much to me.

Didn't mean to violate other people's right. There's no name no address detail information for me to steal.

Didn't share with anyone any src number. Just saw a expedite. And applied around my noa1 and wonder how come for what reason the case could be expedited and approved in early July ...

Sorry again. Won't do it agin. Too deserprated to find out noa2 update.

Thanks for letting me know. Always glad to learn new things. (:

I can't delete or edit my post earlier with the case info one. Anyone can delete for me ? Thanks a lot. Would like to keep things legally or fix it after I know I'm not allow to do so. Thank you.

Apparently I was mistaken (see the quoted response above yours in this post), so you should have nothing to worry about. Sorry to have caused you any concern.
