It's true. Seems about 11% of the applications received for that month have been touched. Touched doesn't mean approved, and does include rejections, but there was a hint of movement, still less than 1%. Hoping this isn't just a way to enhance stats insofar as processing times. Not hard to approve a batch of recent petitions, which makes it seem as if there is an acceleration in processing times. I'm optimistic, but I've read enough of the tricks that can be played. You can put lipstick on a pig, but it is still a pig. Our pig is the unnecessarily long wait time to move on in our respective journeys. What catches my eye on this site is it seems petitions coming in to the TSC post March are turning quickly. I looked at some of the timelines and we have friends in states served by the TSC that are posting NOA2 dates already. I hope this isn't true.

To the extent of my knowledge, TSC has not taken any new K1 cases since March 27 or 28 (I forget the exact date), so any "TSC post March" petitions are more than likely, if not absolutely, mismarked and were actually processed at CSC. I feel somewhat of a broken record for saying it, but since all petitions are sent to the Dallas Lockbox facility for distribution, many novice petitioners mistakenly think they were sent to TSC, when they weren't. I wish there were a clearer way that we could explain this nuance to people, but other than contacting them directly and asking them to double check their information, all we can do is deal with it.

Hopefully the TSC's "we're hiring more adjudicators" spiel is actually coming into effect and the speculated increasing processing efficiency will come to pass, but until then, I'm just patiently sitting back here, knowing no amount of time can prevent our inevitable approval. A while back I was on fire trying to push for change, but a lot of negative backlash, most of it from the VJ community actually, killed that fire, and while I'd love to lend my support where I can to others here, feels more like I'm on my own now, and I'm okay with that.

So what comes, will, but don't think TSC is processsing post March petitions when they have none.

USCIS doesn't even stick to it's guidelines. A VERY small number of petitions with April received dates are at TSC based on ImmiFairy data.

But is there any reason to think these are ahead of the earlier petitions, or have they, in fact, been approved? And were these accidental routings in early April, or have they continued through the present?

Sorry. I can't share that info outside of ImmiFairy , but you're more than welcome to sign up and take a look for yourself at the April TSC received dates and current statuses. We're discussing the data in a lot more detail over there.

Good for those who got approved or touched, bad for the rest because it means we probably have to wait for a month for them to get through the February petitions. I think they do some early to help their averages, its not fair at all but life often isn't.

Progress is getting made. Rate seems to be steady. In 30-60 days we all should be swimming in NOA2's from TSC

After many positive reports about ImmiFairy (I~F) here on VJ, I finally Joined yesterday.

(Vwracer1 to those members here with 'Dual-Membership')

I spent several hours trying to sort out the methods to the Madness... Still have a few questions, but like a backlash on an open-faced fishing reel, with patience, it can be unraveled. Trying to extrapolate a NOA2 prediction here, v/s I~F, is like moving from fishing a pond to Deep-Sea Fishing... There is ALOT more data to sift thru. Fun for Some, Perplexing to Others.

However, for each of us, Our Appointed Day will arrive when it arrives. Nothing will accelerate the journey, so worrying about it will only impact your health. You are here, because you found someone special, and you have developed a relationship with them, that you wish to make permanent. SO, focus on that Gift, and Guard it Fiercely. Don't worry about the coming Day... just enjoy the ride.

Hey Tom - You can post your data related questions in the Reports Forum on ImmiFairy and a mod will get back to you same day! Or via PM to a mod too... I've done that a few times and they're always quick to respond and understanding of your questions. It also gets easier to understand the reports the more of them you see, patterns emerge, etc.
