Hello everybody,

Like I said in the title, I just found out my husband won't be with me at the interview next month. I am so sad. I know his presence is not required but I thought from the start that he will be there that day. And for work reason it won't be possible.

I know some people here are suffering from being apart from husband or wife, and I know i might sound ridiculous but I wish I wouldn't have to be alone that day. We've come a long way and this is the last step but still, I wish he was with me. :crying:

Good luck to all of you. :)

It gave my wife the jitters that I wasn't there, unable to get to Guangzhou quickly. We had planned, always, that I'm there, even the Vice-Consul not allow petitioners inside the building.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

May I have your interview date and time (in local time)? I will put you in my calendar and phone and have you in my thoughts. We all deserve a break from the immigration nightmare. I'm confident that your husband will be thinking about you the entire day. Good get em!!
